TrustpilotFoxtons’s account’s department have bad…
Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices. The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission. As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

The worst and the most disgusting service ever! They agreed with a young lady and her elderly parents on my property for renting even though I had rejected the application.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons has been exceptional from the very first call. They stood out as the most helpful and pleasant estate agents I’ve encountered. Ayanda, in particular, was truly amazing, she immediately understood my needs and what I was looking for. She was not only professional, efficient, and communicative but also warm and approachable, making the entire process smooth. Remarkably, Ayanda secured the perfect property for me within just three days! I truly can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and lovely agent.

GoogleHighly recommended to landlords! Stan and his team found me the exact tenants I looked for. They were very professional, patient, always listening and dealing with all the issues immediately. And the Foxtons portal gave me access to all documents and viewings feedbacks. I will definitely use them again.

GoogleGiles and Yasin were extremely helpful throughout this process; which was very important for me as a first-time buyer. I very much appreciated how quickly they helped both me and the vendor to move along the sale and were always available for my questions. Thanks both, it was a pleasure!

GoogleHaseena was the agent for the apartment. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs. She was always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. A great experience overall.

GoogleMaria from Foxtons Walthamstow is a fine example of excellent customer service. She has helped me in finding a short term let with the requiremnets and brief i needed. For short term lets i am confident Maria at Foxtons will certainly find what you need matched together with excellent customer service, and a pleasant comfortable approach to your requirements. Maria is a fine example of how to get a job done which is a rare trait nowadays which many should follow.

GoogleSafiya from Foxtons in Walthamstow was a fantastic help to us in trying to find a property in a very busy market. She was tireless in finding a schedule that fitted us, and drove us round to all properties, which was very helpful. Although we didn't eventually buy a property form Foxtons, this was no fault of Safiya's, who was professional to the very end. I would be very happy to use Foxtons in general, and Safiya in particular, again. Gavin Hughes.

GoogleMaria at Foxtons Walthamstow is the most helpful and informative estate agent i've dealt with in an awful long time. She is personable and always on hand if you need her, she took time out to take us around the house a number of times and drove us there and back, despite being very obviously busy. Stan has also been on hand despite being the manager for us all constantly and helped us secure the property that we fell in love with. Overall a great experience.

GoogleOur experience with Foxtons was of an agency that cares deeply about customer experience. It was by far the best experience in our long hunt for a flat. Adrian Cheung, the agent that helped us was such a pleasant, informative and overall very helpful person. He took us to an amazing property, and he even waited for my girlfriend to join us to see the flat, even though he had a very busy day. I can only recommend the agency and especially Adrian for being really helpful and friendly.

GoogleI recently completed on my first flat, and the whole process was so smooth and easy - with thanks to Paulius and Giles for keeping me informed and at ease throughout, answering any questions I had promptly, and generally being great to work with. Many thanks.
