Having allowed my flat to languish with another agent for a few weeks, I was thrilled that Ozzie achieved back-to-back bookings from the start of the instruction. He achieved 2 immediate full price offers but held back until the appointment with a third because instinctively he knew this was the perfect applicant. And indeed she is!
In addition, he has made my life so much easier - no job is too small for him to sort. Both tenant and landlord could not be happier.
