GoogleDealt with in a very professional manner by the gentleman named Ozzy who I believe went beyond of what was expected from him and made us feel at ease and comfort . Everything was made clear with precise explanations with no hidden surprises. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a experienced and well established estate agents to use their services. GoogleBizarre experience with this Estate Agency. Was called by them to arrange a viewing, and remained on the call for 10 minutes discussing my general requirements. I was told I’d be called straight back with a viewing time. Over two hours later I called back, spoke to the same person who seemingly had no recollection of our call, nor a viewing available for me. Strange.

GoogleMesba and Mark from Bairstoweves Leytonstone office are truly exceptional. They were always available for solving our matters to be resolved as soon as possible. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. They really treat the situation like they are their situation and look out for you and have your best interests in mind. When there were disagreements about certain things in documentation process, Mesba and Mark both of them were really patient and worked through some tough situations. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done, and they did!

Any questions and quires since moving in Osman has been quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend this branch if you are considering letting a property.

GoogleVery unprofessional, Elaine one of the agents comes off very passive aggressive whenever we would ask for simple things. Very uncooperative in certain matters. Just before we moved in we ask for one minor change in our contract to separate our guarantors to their respective tenants and they made a huge deal about not being able to do it for them so accept it and change it two days later making the whole situation super stressful for both the tenants and landlord when they could have done it in the first place. Now that we moved out they're making the return of the deposit extremely difficult by basically telling us "here's a link and call up this company to change some details to get your money back" bare in mind we have not received any credentials for this supposed account, we've emailed multiple times and they asked for our bank details twice which we provided and still they are of no help. They basically give you useless information and make you figure things out on your own with empty emails that don't lead you anywhere. honestly one of the most difficult housing agency I've ever had to deal with when moving into a place. wouldn't trust them again to make the process a smooth sailing ship

GoogleIt was a wonderful experience to rent a house with Bairstow Eves. Mesba, our letting agent, was prompt, responsive, did consistent follow ups with us to keep us informed about everything and also convinced our Landlord to accomodate for certain conditions we had for the tenancy. He really made our experience great! In addition to Mesba, the service itself is top-notch. I love how easy it was for us to sign everything online and the responsive callbacks we always got from the office when we phoned in to check on things. I have a strong belief that I will stick to Bairstow Eves in the future for my future renting. Great job team!
