I have been dealing with Thomas Bird from lettings at Bairstow Eves. As a landlord having been in this biz for the last 25years ...I must say I was very surprised that for someone relatively new to the industry and young is he remarkably understanding and aware . He understood the profile of tenants I was looking for completely and really pulled it all off very well . I am not often impressed but impressed enough with him so much so I have given him some more to let for me ...His experience comes from the fact that he has had family in the biz so he understands the nuances of what I am saying . In my experience ...most agents complicate matters for you further ...Thomas made things simple and delivered according to wishes . I only hope he stays put! so I can come back to him again and again !. Thx u Thomas for all your efforts to date...very pleased :-)

We explored several local estate agents before choosing this one. While not all were unprofessional, some left us feeling unheard and patronised. Everything was communicated clearly, and the entire transaction ended up being one of the smoothest and fastest we’ve ever experienced. We are especially grateful to Lee and Aman, who worked very closely with us throughout the process. They are both highly skilled and experienced, and it really showed in how they handled every detail with care and professionalism. They genuinely felt like they were on our side throughout. Aman, their in-house mortgage advisor was also fantastic: supportive, responsive, and quick to prioritise us during a few stressful moments. That kind of peace of mind made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to be treated as a serious, genuine buyer. Emma has been an absolute star! Honestly, we had a hugely difficult onwards purchase and she dealt with it with honesty, hard work, dedication and attention. Our buyers were kept in the loop and updated by her regularly, she maintained the chain with effectiveness and had the right attitude to get our transaction done. I can highly recommend Bairstow Eves who helped us find an secure a rental flat for our daughter and her partner. As they are mature students they were finding it difficult for anyone to give them the chance of renting, even though they have savings and guarantor. STAY CLEAR of this branch!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. The manager David Millar is a terrible and dishonest man. This company turned away three offers without telling me. Then reduced the property by £20,000 without telling me. Never answered the phone to cummuncate. Removed my property off the housing market websites with out my knowledge or consent. Awful branch. Don't understand how or why they kept the manager. Sold my data and broke the contract. Sent harassing emails with lies and stories.

Excellent service, me and my wife called up to rent a property with your company, spoke to a gentleman called Moss and he was really polite and friendly over the phone he helped us locate the property that was suitable for our needs. Unfortunately Moss couldn’t make the viewing so he called us and was professional and told us the situation and his colleague Mohamed will attend on his behalf. He was also polite and really professional, he was very apologetic that Moss was unable to come and he took us to the property and done a splendid job, he made us fall in love with the property and answered any questions we had for him, the company are very lucky to have two great advisors such as these two, thank you very much and we love our new flat.
