All agents are not the same so chose those who know their business and look after your interests and not just their own.

GoogleAvoid these people. I rented with Alan Harvey and they proved themselves to be a criminally incompetant and deeply corrupt business. I moved into a household at the point in which my new housemates were renewing their contract, during which time Alan Harvey was handling the paperwork situation. I was not able to find a guarantor in time who earned more than the requisite salary to sign the contract, so I was told that I had no choice but to pay double the standard amount for a deposit. Unfortunately, Alan Harvey mishandled my paperwork and I was never admitted to the contract properly, and to this day, Alan Harvey still does not awknowledge myself as a legitimate tenant, despite my having signed all of the appropriate paperwork at the time. Alan Harvey still owes me £812 deposit to this day, but they rarely answer to phone calls or emails. My former flatmates and myself have been trying to recover the tenancy agreement with which to raise a dispute with the deposit protection scheme, but again, Alan Harvey have been uncooperative, deceitful, and rude.

From viewing my flat to moving in, the service I have received has been impeccable. Itayi ensured that my needs as a tenant were met, showed great willingness to attain what I required and went above and beyond to ensure my offer was a success. His kindness and transparency made securing my flat a pleasant and worthwhile experience. I would recommend anyone and everyone looking for property to go to Bairstow Eves. They care about getting the best for you and I’m sure all the letting agents are fantastic, however, if you get Itayi, you’ve got a good one.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
