One of your properties has caused damage to my property and you refuse to take any responsibility. Someone come out to look at the damage caused and assured me you would be liable and it would be sorted only for him to contact me several weeks later to say you will not be fixing anything and I need to go through my house insurance. Why should it cost me when it is 100% your fault. I will be taking this to small claims so you will hear from me again!!

GoogleWe've just sold our flat through free agent. Unrivalled service from Gerard, a real master of his craft and a shining star in his industry. What turned into a very convoluted sale, with leasehold issues, Gerard managed the purchaser with good grace the endeavour of a true gentleman. From initial contact, staging of the property for marketing, media and the sale, free agent were top of the class. Bravo to Gerard!

GoogleThank you all so much for your endless support in finalising the purchase of the property in Worcester. Who would have thought that such a simple cash sale, no chain, could really take 7 months to complete. I'm sure we would still be in limbo had it not been for the numerous times that Christine/Freeagent24/7 stepped in & chivvied along the solicitors & the freeholder. We haven’t been in a situation of purchasing for many years but one thing’s for sure, the estate agents were only there at the beginning & at the end to hand over the keys. GoogleIt used to feel like a site where you might find a hidden gem - although a more than likely SSTC hidden gem. Now all their listingS redirect you to rightmove, so just go there instead.

Allow anti social behaviour by bad neighbours and basically call you a liar when you tell them whg is the absolute worst landlord I have ever had the misfortune to have if you get offered a house in capewell road avoid it full of drugs and anti social behaviour police are always here AVOID WHG AT ALL COSTS

GoogleFinally sold my house with a very tortuous process of chains breaking. Gerard, backed up by Dan, handled everything in his stride and with great professionalism and patience. Relocation team are useless there. I’m applying for house from 8 years and nothing. I’m not been even in top 10. They discriminate people and not care about any problems which we are facing with renting from privet landlord.
