I have dealt with Catalina from the Blyth branch and found here verry helpfully polite and she tried her best to resolve any problems or issues I had sorting everything out she got back intutch fast and seemed like she would go out of her way to help me I would definitely recommend patersons to other people looking for property's and would recommend they speak with Catalina as she will do her best to get you in your property as fast as she can I found her to be a really nice and frendly woman

Sharon at Whitley Bay kept me updated and well informed.

Sharon at Whitley Bay was exceptionally helpful when arranging for a tennant to move in, she arranged for a suitable time for the tennant to sign and then come and collect the keys and when the timings changed she contacted me straight away keeping me very well informed. As a landlord I think it is a key that the estate agent keeps me informed and up to date so the help we received from the local office was very helpful!

I have been dealing with Keith Pattinson for many years and find them to be (without exaggeration) the best estate agents in the area. Ruth and Adam in the North Shields branch are so knowledgeable, professional and proactive whether you are selling, buying or renting they go above and beyond to get everything you need done and to completion. They are outstanding and I can say this as I have had negative experiences with other estate agents in the past. But only the very best service consistently here. I would highly recommend Keith Pattisnon and the North Sheilds office, dont go anywhere else!

I had been with another local estate agents prior to Pattinsons for 8 months and couldn’t get my property even viewed frequently let alone let out.After deciding to go with Pattinsons one week ago Ruth has already found a tenant! With the previous estate agents I was constantly having to chase them up regarding feedback and admin etc, whereas Ruth has been the one chasing me up which I am very grateful for! couldn’t recommend Pattinsons enough, Ruth has been thorough, efficient and very professional throughout!

Excellent service, would highly recommend

We recently completed on a house sold through Pattinson's in Whickham. Lyndsay Greenwell was the main person dealing with the transaction, although we did have dealings with others on her team as well. Without exception, they were all absolutely fantastic; friendly, polite, professional, good at calming nerves where required, and managing expectations to help make the notoriously stressful experience of moving house that little bit easier! Lyndsay in particular is extremely proactive and on the ball. Her response times were very quick, and she was particularly good at speeding up the lines of communication between us, the vendor and the different sets of solicitors, something that can be slow with so many different parties involved.We have no plans to move again anytime soon, but if and when we do, we'll definitely be using Pattinson's. Thanks for all your help!

I visited the Pattinsons estate agents in whickham as I was looking for a new rental for me and my family. The service I received was absolutely astounding, Lyndsay Greenwell ( The manager) and her team were amazing. Lyndsay went above and beyond working around the clock. With us having two children both with disabilities she made sure that the property was suitable and safe for them. Where do I start??? The service that we recieved for Lyndsay and her team has been superb! The regular communications and updates from Lyndsay personally ensured that we knew exactly where we were at every step of the sale.Lyndsay was 'our rock' and we as the sellers, developed a relationship with the whickham branch which made a rather lengthy sale bearable.. Lyndsay's 'Dont Worry' kept us going and was the reassurance we desperately needed.This is the 2nd time we have used pattinsons in house sales and have been brillinat in both occasions. Professional, friendly and proactively helpful!

My partner and I have been looking for a property in Gateshead, Newcastle, and it was particularly hard since as we have two furr babies!Pattinsons was the only estate agent that actively made daily searches on our behalf to find a good fit for us. I would like to thank specifically both Charlotte Mccormack and Helen Widowson the Jarrow Branch Manager for their great efforts: Charlotte has been actively searching for properties and sending them daily until we found a fit, and she has been crossing the Ts and dotting the Is ever since! Bought and rented out property.

Dealt with Cathryn and Louise in Whitley Bay branch for purchasing.A couple of niggles during the purchase process which were eventually ironed out.Would not recommend using their solicitor finding service though. Adds another layer of bureaucracy and more fees which are unnecessary. Would find my own solicitor in hindsight.Just started leasing this property out - Sharon in Whitley Branch helped me with this. So far so good although only a few days in! They did however have a prospective tenant ready and waiting for a property in the area which sped things up nicely meaning minimal time of the flat lying empty.

Well done South Shields Pattinsons! After having the house up for sale with another agent for years even after reducing substantially- we made the decision to contact Pattinsons. Best decision we made by far.Keith valued the property and advised the asking price was fine so we didn’t have to reduce this - he also advised of a couple of minor changes which we could do ourselves for very little outlay.The advice paid off - we received an offer for the full asking price not long after. During the sale the Keith, Emily and Lucy were always available when we had and questions etc. I will use Pattinsons again and recommend them to friends and family 😁

Out of all the estate agents I've had dealings with Pattinson Estate Agents, particularly Helen Widdowson's branch are one of the best in terms of service, delivery, and actually caring about the buyer as well as the seller. Peterlee Branch - Pattinsons

From a buyer's perspective Pattinson were absolutely fantastic. We viewed other properties with other estate agents and the service was nowhere near as good. So much so that if we come to sell our house Pattinsons will 100% be our choice of estate agents. The communication was amazing even down to the automated text messages. Given the level of care we received from other agents I'd assume that the lead time on house sales is longer than it would be with Pattinsons. Big thanks to Janine in the Peterlee Branch she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

Disappointing service letting flat

Disappointing service to rent out my flat. First proposed tenant had not had previous landlord references verified and was still being pushed through. Another nearly three weeks passed and another tenant found, but caused significant financial loss through their inadequate process and only offered £100 off the fee. Very disappointing and dubious referencing would make me avoid them in future.

Avoid at all costs

Very disappointed with the experience I recently received with this auction house. The agent messed up on a completion date which added unnecessary stress and anxiety on a fast turnaround closure. This particular issue took over a week to sort out. I also asked for critical information regarding the property I was buying pre sale. This was never received. I have since pulled out of the bid and it;’s cost me a lot of money for Patterson Auctions for the lack of communication and mistake. What’s more insulting is they’re not taking any responsibility for the experience I have had with them . My advise is to buy with a regular estate agent and avoid auction houses like Pattersons. I also wished I had read all the other terrible comments on Trusted Pilot first !

We found our property through Pattinson Estate agents. We were very selective in our property requirements, but the Pattinson Wickham team provided us a with a wide range of property options. We were shown around these properties by Jodi, whom was very helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for in a property. She recommended the property that we now live in. Overall, the process has been very smooth, and much of this is down to the great work of the team. In particular Joe in the office, whom has been very helpful in answering all of our questions, and communicating with both us and the landlords throughout this process. Only to recommend!

0 stars if I could. Never known such incompetence. Went to view a flat, met the estate agent there but could not get into the flat. She did not have the keys as she thought somebody was living there. Not a great first impression. Rescheduled to the next day. I rang the next day to ask if I could do the viewing a bit earlier (thank God I did), they tell me there has been no booking made and that they do not have the keys for the flat. How an estate agents can be so unorganised as their only job is to let people in properties and they have failed to do this so miserably is beyond me. They call back saying a colleague had rang me in the morning and had a conversation with me about cancelling the viewing and rescheduling to Saturday (which never happened). To have the absolute cheek to bare face lie is ridiculous! Completely put off. Will never rent a property through Pattinson Estate Agents in Gosforth, Newcastle.

If there was ZERO I would give them…

If there was ZERO I would give them that. It doesn't matter to them how many times you call, they take details and won't call you back. Holly and Jason both failed to call back to book a simple viewing?? Then another member of staff advised the local agency would be in touch on the same day and I received NO CALL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get anywhere with this agency. Go elsewhere as they are way too busy to acknowledge you! Utter shambles. Missed out on 2 properties because of their shabby organisation. Never again.
