I honestly don’t know where to start, as I don’t think words can fully describe how amazing Steph has been. As an introvert, I don’t always have much confidence, but Steph made every part of the process so much easier for me. Jason and his team at Jarrow branch have been absolutely amazing. Having put our home of 42 years on the market was a big deal to us. Pattisons was the correct agent for us. Personal customer service from day one, and going that extra mile to get our much loved family sold. Forever grateful and would certainly recommend to anyone selling their home. Competitive fees and 100% personal customer service. Special mention to Branch Manager Jason, who has been really supportive and assisting us through all process especially with my elderly Mum.

Adrian Lindsay was the estate agent I had with dealing with buying my first house and I can’t praise him enough! After initial valuation I moved out abroad and James from the Peterlee branch (who wasn't answering my emails for weeks) and Sandra from auctions were trying to use the fact that I'm away and they have all my paperwork and house keys to sell well below the market value. As I was unable to show the property to other agencies. And well below the valuation value. After reading the reviews of the Peterlee branch I am not the first person who moved from the UK they tried to take advantage of. Thank God I found a buyer myself. Look at the email I received. These are cheap manipulation techniques. Selling a property is putting us in vulnerable situation. These are our life savings and there must be trust between sides. In this case the trust was broken. I'm not selling some mansion or villa, it's a spacious flat above the shops in reasonable price so every 5k makes a massive difference when it comes to the return of the investment. I wish I never went to the Pattisons. Their ethics are rotten and definitely not worth the trust to give in their hands our future that is sometimes dependent on the amount we will get. Now I know for sure that this property was promised to the potential buyer for less and they tried to manipulate me. Look at this:

Fantastic service from start to end

I cant thank this team enough! From such a terrible previous experience with another estate agent, I was nervous to start the process again. What a difference and contrast! From the initial call, I felt valued and important and most of all I felt confident and assured that I was in the best hands and the team had my genuine best interests. My house was sold on the same day and Ellie was incredibly hands on and kept everything running to time. The communication was amazing, I knew every update and what to expect through the whole process. Pattinsons found the perfect buyers too and I wish them lots of lovely memories in their new home (just as we have had in the last 10 years).

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. We instructed Pattinsons to manage a rental property for us and were promised they would look after everything for us. Sadly the experience has not matched the promise. The communication has been shambolic. Repeated requests from different agents within the agency about the same things which have been communicated to them time and time again. No internal joined up working. This is unfair on both us as landlords and our tenants. The repairs and maintenance service they offer is also extortionate. £100 quote to replace a bathroom lock. I’ve requested to escalate this to a formal complaint now as the service offered is completely unprofessional

Just used Pattinson to rent out my property as have been very good when used them in past , just to say service was once again excellent especially as was just before Xmas but they found a tenant for me really quickly and sorted everything out in a really prompt time , they really are the go to estate agent in the North East can’t rate them highly enough as never been let down by them and must say didn’t expect them to find anybody till the New Year , they’ve excelled themselves once again big thank you from their team I’m sure their all very good across the board but special mention to Bedlington and Gosforth office team , great service once again.
