I can’t praise them or thank them enough, we even ended up getting an offer over and above what we were expecting, and the sale went through seamlessly and quickly

Helen Widdowson at the Low Fell branch was amazing.Her and her team went above and beyond in every possible aspect. We were purchasing a property, and from the very start they were extremely helpful in providing us with regular updates, chasing up on the seller and their solicitor as well as letting us know if anything was required from us.Part-way through the purchase, we had an issue with our solicitor, and Pattinsons offered to find us another conveyancer. Luckily we found another soon afterwards, but on several occasions the team handled our calls outside of their usual office hours and even when supposed to be on leave.Helen was an absolute godsend and made the process of buying a house so easy. If only our first solicitor hadn't been such a nightmare then I couldn't have imagined an easier time.Would easily recommend them and should we ever consider moving from our new home, we will be using Pattinsons to sell!

Forest Hall Branch have a fantastic team and nothing is too much trouble for them. The house was valued by Paula on the Saturday and the listing went live on the Tuesday. Joanne and her team then worked incredibly hard booking in a huge number of viewings and we accepted an offer within a week. Viewings are done at all hours and updates on each viewing were sent promptly. Joanne was so helpful to me making the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. I’m so glad I chose Pattinson’s and would highly recommend them.

Pattinson’s have dealt with the sale of my property and put it this way, I’d use them again in a heartbeat.Alison from the Jarrow branch has literally went above and beyond when issues with Solicitors down the chain have arose on numerous occasions, the amount of effort she puts into getting these resolved has left me feeling ever so grateful. Everyone knows how stressful moving house is and the fact she genuinely cares about everyone who is involved and strives to provide us with the best outcome possible, makes everything 10x more settling knowing she is handling it. She is always contactable at all hours and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve coped without her dealing with my case.Not forgetting to mention thanks to Jason & Dean for all of their help along the way too.

Contacted Pattinsons to sell my property. The solicitors I initially engaged with to carry out the conveyancing were dragging their feet; the staff at Pattinsons were absolutely brilliant.What a fantastic team in the Bedlington office. I have only praise for their patience and professionalism in dealing with the sale of my property. A BIG thank you to them for the time and attention they gave; it's not an understatement to say how grateful I am to them for their perseverance.5 stars isn't enough! I highly recommend.

Called them out to have a valuation of the house, the lady apparently want to have a quick sale of our house, she give a price of 220k later On we find out the worst area and a lot smaller house sold price are all above 250k, while we are in the best areas and our house is twice the size, avoid this company they rip you off first before you put on market What’s the point using them,scammers

They were always available to support me throughout the sale if I had any queries (but honestly they were on top of everything due to how proactive they were so they often caught me before i had chance to catch them!) We are sorry to hear that you feel the service you received did not meet your expectations. Prior to bidding, all prospective buyers are advised to carry out their own due diligence and ensure they are comfortable with the process and terms before placing a bid, as doing so enters them into a legally binding contract. Any funds relating to reservation fees and deposit liability are clearly outlined within the auction terms and conditions, which all bidders are required to review and accept prior to participating. Once the property has exchanged, any matters relating to failure to pay or complete fall between the buyer and the seller, with our role being to facilitate the auction process on behalf of the vendor. We can also confirm that this matter was previously reviewed and addressed prior to this review being posted. While we regret that you remain unhappy with the outcome, we must highlight that the process followed was in line with the legally binding contract and terms that were accepted at the point of exchange. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Awful company for tenants. The issues I had with this company are too many to mention The highlights are having a delayed move in date. Moving into a filthy home that hadn’t been cleaned. Living with leaks and holes in the ceilings that were not repairs for months. And when they were repaired … it was like they were repaired by cowboys. Such as using gloss paint to patch up a ceiling so it stood out. Finding out I had 2 months notice from the sold sign outside my home. To taking 5 weeks to return a deposit and illegally hanging onto it. The company lack any focus on tenants and quality and desire to resolve issues. Please avoid them. My like has dramatically improved now I know I never have to have any contact with them.
