We found the Team at In House AMAZING, from marketing to selling our property was a straight forward pretty stress free process. They even recomended solicitors/removals which were also amazing. Recently moved into a property managed by InHouse and Jon was very helpful responding to our questions and passing them on to the landlord when necessary. When we initially moved in, we found the previous tenant had failed to clean the property thoroughly but Jon ensured we were compensated for that. Great service

We bought our house recently through In House and they were brilliant. Phil was our main point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. When things were getting tricky and tiresome he remained positive and went out of his way to sort things out that were not even his responsibility. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a long time but if we did I would definitely use in house.thank you.

Ryan and Mike were fantastic throughout our entire moving process, without Mike being on the case almost every day towards the end of the sale, I genuinely don't think the sale would have been successful.I would recommend anyone looking to sell their home to use In House.Not only are the team very professional but they are real, genuine and down to earth which really stood out for me when choosing my agent.

Following our sale we received outstanding support from Annie, however overall I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I received from In House and probably wouldn't have used them in hindsight. From the get go I had to chase to get the valuation sorted. Steve was apologetic about this though, and ended up doing both the valuation and photos. Following our sale I sent an email asking for some advice on onward purchases as it was our first time selling and still to this day haven't received a response, despite being assured the team would be on hand to answer any queries we may have about the process. The team were incredibly pushy about us using the recommended solicitors, which were unfortunately a lot more expensive than other solicitors. Even after we exchanged I was still met with criticism about not using the recommended solicitors. I would say if perhaps you are a more experienced or confident seller than myself In House would be a good agent to use.

In House Estate Agents were warm and friendly from the very beginning. For the vast majority of our house purchase they were the first contacts with any issues or concerns. Our purchase has not been smooth sailing but Annie has been fantastic throughout, I would 100% recommend!!

In house are an amazing team of agents. Phillip, Diane and Jack all gave sound and valuable advice all the way through from day one to sale. There really is no better around the surrounding area. If you are looking to get the best value on house you can do no better than choosing In House.
