We were so pleased with the way he handled the rental of our house - with a tenant who turned out to be quite problematical. Jon was always available when needed and, just like all the staff at In House, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We just felt we could relax knowing he had everything under control. The sale of our house was far from straightforward but over many months we have always found In House, and especially Luke, to be helpful, patient and professional in every way. Luke did a brilliant job of chasing where necessary and always maintained regular contact as promised. House selling and buying can be a very stressful process and we were often at the limits of our patience but we could always rely on Luke to not only keep us positive but also to just get the job done. We recently completed our purchase through In House and I cannot say enough good things about them. We received absolutely first class service from start to finish, and I feel very lucky that In House happened to be the estate agents handling the purchase of the property we fell in love with. Jack was our “go to guy” and he was in constant contact with us throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way and tenaciously managing every moving part, without us ever left wondering where things were or feeling like we were forgotten about, even during a lengthy delay due to the backlog in the probate application process (which of course was no fault of In House). He even went out of his way to allow us access to the property on his way home (out of working hours) so we could assess any work that needed doing and get quotes from tradesmen, several times. It’s no exaggeration to say he went way above and beyond our expectations in terms of service. Whenever Jack was otherwise engaged, Philip (also an absolute diamond) would step in and was fully clued up on everything going on with our purchase. In House obviously run a very tight ship and are in close communication with each other to make sure their clients are looked after. Any time I had a query or needed them to speak to the sellers on my behalf all it took was a phone call or an email and I would have an update later that day to put my mind at ease, reassuring me that everything was in hand (which it was). That they managed to do this during a pandemic, combined with what I’d imagine must have been a huge amount of pressure and extra work resulting from the time-limited nature of the stamp duty freeze makes their service even more remarkable. Absolutely top notch. Moving house is a stressful situation at the best of times, let alone whilst there’s a plague going on, and I was bracing myself for an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Jack, Philip and everyone at In House, my blood pressure somehow remained relatively normal throughout, and they got the job done with minimal hassle. If you’re planning on moving house I strongly suggest you choose In House as your estate agents, either in the middle of a pandemic or not. No waffle, no bluster, just a team of thoroughly decent human beings who obviously take pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible. I have been dealing with In House for almost 2 years and they have been a joy to deal with. I bought my flat through them and they were extremely on the ball and efficient. The best team I have come across. They talk to each other and are direct and honest in their dealings. I wanted to let the flat, and have been dealing with Jon Pepper. Jon has done an amazing job of finding me a tenant through a very difficult time. There have been complications on both my and my ex-tenant's part and he has dealt with everything exceptionally well. They are really proactive, with an extremely friendly ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Ryan, Phil and Adam were all fantastic! When we decided to sell our house, having never been through it before, We had the preconception estate agents were all the same and not to be trusted. In House are nothing like that! We can not recommend them enough and would never consider using another agent if we decide to move again! Jamie and Luke were just fantastic and not only sold our house in just over a week when other houses for sale via other agents around us were stagnating, but they guided us through every step of the process and truly it felt like they cared! Hi Guys! Wanted to leave a testimonial and show appreciation. Recently sold our beautiful cottage under the careful, professional and friendly guidance of Inhouse Estate Agents. Communication has been excellent throughout; we would receive useful feedback following every viewing. Adam or Ryan would call us every week with an update and talk through the popularity of our house online this was excellerated as Inhouse often made our house a ‘featured property’ on RightMove. Adam also made himself available to call or text outside of normal working hours. Always happy to help! Inhouse provided a professional service that made the process really stress-free and actually enjoyable. We had hiccups, as some house sales do, but without Adam, Steve, Ryan and Kat to guide and support us I don’t think we would have successfully moved at all! We contacted In House because many of the properties in our area had been successfully sold through them, and we have to admit that their quirky 'Too Late' sold signs had caught our eye. Our agent was highly-professional and friendly from our first meeting, and kept us in the loop throughout. They were also able to recommend a local conveyancer, who visits the office on Saturdays, and who worked out well for us. There was a slight miscommunication around the time of exchanging contracts, which was a bit nervy, but all was soon resolved with the help of another agent in the office.
