Hi Guys! Wanted to leave a testimonial and show appreciation. Recently sold our beautiful cottage under the careful, professional and friendly guidance of Inhouse Estate Agents.
Communication has been excellent throughout; we would receive useful feedback following every viewing. Adam or Ryan would call us every week with an update and talk through the popularity of our house online this was excellerated as Inhouse often made our house a ‘featured property’ on RightMove. Adam also made himself available to call or text outside of normal working hours. Always happy to help!
Inhouse provided a professional service that made the process really stress-free and actually enjoyable. We had hiccups, as some house sales do, but without Adam, Steve, Ryan and Kat to guide and support us I don’t think we would have successfully moved at all! We’re now in our dream home and The Inhouse Team we instrumental in making that happen! Steve is going above and beyond and is even coming to our new house to give us some ideas on how to add value from the view of an estate agent!
I'm positively certain we will use Inhouse Estate Agents again in any future property activity. I would highly recommend this hard working and passionate team!

We contacted In House because many of the properties in our area had been successfully sold through them, and we have to admit that their quirky 'Too Late' sold signs had caught our eye. Our agent was highly-professional and friendly from our first meeting, and kept us in the loop throughout. They were also able to recommend a local conveyancer, who visits the office on Saturdays, and who worked out well for us. There was a slight miscommunication around the time of exchanging contracts, which was a bit nervy, but all was soon resolved with the help of another agent in the office.

The In House team felt very much like a team and everyone we dealt with was consistently friendly, authentic and reliable with our best interests at heart. This was exemplified when we popped into the office shortly before we completed and had a genuine and spontaneous welcome from Ryan (and Cat) who had spoken to us but not met us before..
Throughout the process Mike was 100% reliable, If he said he was going to do something I knew that he would.
Clearly we were impressed with Steve as we selected In House out of 6 agents we asked to value the house. I think his negotiating skills helped us secure the target price for the house we sold..

I would like to take this opportunity to thank InHouse and specifically Ryan and Mike for their hard work in completing the sale of my apartment in Wallingford.
I had some difficulty’s with the initial solicitors and if it wasn’t for those two I would certainly be purchasing some hair dye! I’m sure Ryan is missing me calling EVERY day!
What the experience taught me is how important it is to have a good estate agent and a good team backing you up.
I couldn’t recommend these guys more! If you are looking to sell or purchase a new property in Oxford then you really need to give them a call.

Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.
