GoogleI have tried multiple times to get in touch with this agency. At the end of last week I left a message with a gentleman called “Guy” - he said he has passed my information on to the rental team and Jon would call me back. I heard nothing from them, so I rang again and couldn’t get though so I left my contact information on their answer phone message system. I was keen to see a flat as I am separating with my wife so I need to move to something rather quickly. To ignore customers is a poor show!

FacebookMany thanks to Ryan and the team for all your help selling Dad's house. At normally a a stressful time you all made the whole experience simple. Viewings were all advised to us, followed by a call to let us know how it went. We also had a weekly update call to keep us advised. Following quite a few viewings the property was sold in about three weeks, which was amazing and due I feel due to the honest marketing and very professional sales team. Also the team kept in contact with us throughout the time up to completion and if we had any queries they were always answered promptly.I would certainly recommend In House from our experience. Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.

FacebookWe were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled my constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this whole experience such a good one!

FacebookWe used In House to sell our flat recently. Dealing with Ryan, Mike and everyone else was easy, they were always available or if not, would call back if requested. The buyers mortgage company was a little awkward with a few things which caused stress when selling a property but everyone at In House would keep us up to date with everything that happened and would chase things up for us without needing to be asked. We had a deadline which we wanted to work towards, Mike and Ryan were always pushing for this with buyers and solicitors and because of their persistence, we completed before our deadline. Excellent service and would highly recommend them!
