GoogleI rented a property from harper and woods for two years. The service was very poor. I was a single mum with two toddlers and they left me without heating and hot water for nearly three weeks mid winter. No apology or reduction in rent for that month. I would have been satisfied with a curtesy call or at least some compassion for the situation but I got nothing. I had to take my two boys still in nappies to my mums to get a warm shower. Racheal head of lettings, lied multiple times when I dealt with her. Would not rent from them ever again and so happy to be in a new home now. It’s a shame as there are some nice staff there but she ruins their reputation for everyone.

Nothing is too much trouble and their customer service is impeccable.We purchased a house through them and throughout the entire process, Darren kept us up to date, always returned our calls and emails and chased the solicitors on both sides to keep things moving. GooglePut an offer on a property, although ours was higher, the vendor went with the other party because they could exchange quicker than us. That's fine, but estate agent assured us that they would notify us if the offer fell though, which it did 3 months later. We saw it on the market again, we viewed it again, in case there was any chance to the property. Before we could put in an offer, estate agent knew we were still interested, it was sold subject to contract. Really disappointed at their lack communication.

GoogleAs a landlord, Harper and woods succfully found me a Tennant. we had plenty of viewing and was kept informed along the way. They hold deposit in DPS ,which is great as landlord has no involvement , which is a benefit. The staff in the office always happy to help,Rachel in accounts was only an email away,and replied around the clock. Thanks to you all

GoogleRented a flat from Harper & Woods for just over 12 months, always paying my rent and leaving the flat in immaculate condition when I moved out. I have now waited over 5 months for the return of my deposit. Despite several phone calls to the estate agents with no response or ‘we’ll get someone to call you back’ to then hear nothing. I’m sure if I was the one that owed YOU money it wouldn’t take this long to sort out. I have now had to go through the inconvenience and extra expense of making a claim through the deposit protection scheme just to get my deposit back which I am rightfully owed. Most definitely WOULD NOT use your services again, and WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!

GoogleAs a letting agency, absolutely terrible. I was shocked at how unprofessional they were, promising to fix issues for the house: 1 month to fix pipe 5 months and 4 people looking at a leaking sink before it was fixed Drain issue never fixed Issues with doors not closing never fixed Lying all the time about how someone would be in touch and then gaslighting you when you would try and complain (they don't have an actual complaints procedure)
