Edit: 06/08/2025 - a further comment as we have just moved house again, and used Harper & Woods for the second time to sell our house. The team were again excellent throughout the process, with great communication. A special shout out to Karen who was brilliant! We're hoping not to move again, but if we did, we would definitely use Harper & Woods. Original post from 2022: Andrew and team were fantastic from beginning to end of our rather complicated move, from finding us a buyer in three days to supporting us through the ups and downs of our eventual purchase. The team are all very friendly and professional and kept me up to date at all stages. Highly recommended.

Never use their services been trying to get a house for rent for couple weeks now we was told they wanted our pay slips and home owner grantor and credit check and £190£ holding deposit after providing them all they wanted on the good lord website they have on the website it shown we have done everything they needed after two weeks of wait they got back to us we haven’t provided them anything and my bank can’t confirm that I make enough money and our grantors haven’t filled our forms but clearly they did fill all the forms the home owner grantor filled all the forms they asked for after that I emailed them again and agin no reply so i had to call and asked for money back they emailed me back saying the same stupid stuff so I send them bank statements for 4 months that I make enough to rent and home owner grantor refilled the forms and I asked multiple times how many grantors I need they never replied I emailed them multiple times what do I need no reply today I got email that I won’t get money back and times been up stupid people it’s not even about the money it’s about wasting my time and energy. Money went to bin and time and energy with no good results stupid company TIME WASTER !

Buying a property can be stressful however this process was certainly helped along by the people at Harper & Woods. Firstly the lovely Justin showed us around the property and shared his knowledge of the local area. Justin was back at the property to allow us access to measure up for sofas and decide on colour schemes. His own views were invaluable. The time to completion was longer than I anticipated however Karen became my counsellor when ringing for an update. She was exceptional in her role acting between the seller, solicitors and myself. I would not hesitate in recommending these agents. Many thanks for all your help and assistance.

Justin, who facilitated viewings, was incredibly helpful, friendly and is exceptional at conducting views and remembering faces. Chris, from the office staff, kept us well-informed and ensured that all our paperwork was processed efficiently, Chris was very helpful providing information checking with the vendor and the vendors solicitor. I recently had an appointment canceled without prior notice, which happened to fall on my birthday. However, as an apology for the oversight, I received a thoughtful box of chocolates along with birthday wishes from the team. The gesture was greatly appreciated. During my subsequent interaction, the representative was not only very polite but also demonstrated extensive knowledge about property and the legal aspects of owning it. Once we had our offer accepted, Karen was absolutely brilliant. A real advocate for managing any queries or questions.
