I'm the tenant of a very thoughtful Landlord and both him and I (amongst others), are looked after by Rachael, Chris, Mel and the team at Harper and Woods Lettings. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, every query (repair/request) receives attention right away and with a friendly "can do" response. A few years ago I was searching for a home to rent and was not a great prospect for a Landlord (had been a family carer with no recent employment references due to that ​plus I hadn't rented for 20-odd years), Harper and Woods facilitated putting my case to my landlord who decided to take a chance on me and here I am, being treated well, as a responsible, thinking adult. All legal requirements for tenant safety are met quickly and efficiently and I am living in a warm, cosy and dry home, secure in the knowledge that if I have a problem, help is at the end of the phone. A​s a newcomer​, returning to​ renting after 20 years was a daunting prospect and I was dreading it (and ​being spoken to like a peasant by one Estate Agent​ didn't help!), but ​I was treated in such a friendly way by H&W​, I felt welcomed and looked after and was so happy when my application was successful​, having seen a lovely little house.. Since then, nothing has changed - I am still treated well and as if I am part of a family - I would imagine Landlords renting via H&W would also be very happy with the service they provide: a very professional and human, down to earth and proactive one and I would encourage them and prospective tenants to give H&W a go, they are definitely a different type of estate agents, just treat them the way you would like to be treated - it works both ways.

Excellent service, I have rented through Harper Woods for years they have always been very easy to contact And are quick to communicate any changes I may need to know about, Nicky has always been great at handling any questions I have had and there has been many, having said that I have always been made to feel valued and supported. I have recently had to move due to my current landlord wanting to sell their property and once I had found another home (also managed by Harper Woods) the move has been made effortless from viewing the property with Justin and going back again just to measure up it was all made easy!! Mel and Racheal have both worked quickly get everything signed and in place for me and my family to be able to move into our new home, I’m so thankful for all of their support as it has been a very stressful time.

You will not find a better estate agents!!!! After speaking to 5 other local estate agents when selling my home even though some were cheaper and others massively more expensive I decided that Andrew was the best person I spoke to and Harper and Woods was the best choice. This was confirmed again and again. 44 pictures and an amazing personal write up of our home. Honestly the detail in the advert was second to none. None of the standard bland advert you see time and time again especially from the big agents. All the information and the pictures told a story and sold our house the day after the advert went live. We had problems with our purchase and both Andrew and Karen from Harper and Woods were on the ball every step of the way. The big company selling the first house we’re absolutely useless, to the point the left hand literally had no idea what the right hand was doing! That purchase fell through down to lack of communication on there end. The second house we actually bought had very similar problems again with a big local firm selling the house to us. Both companies had errors in the bland and boring advert as well as very few pictures. In my opinion the people we bought our house from paid 3 times what we did to Harper and Woods and they didn’t get half the service that we did. More fool them. I have highly recommend Harper and Woods to all my friends and Family and told them that they would be stupid to even bother talking to anyone else! Since our purchase was completed I have had a few conversations with Andrew about my new home and he’s been on the ball every time, no charge but a helping hand at the end of the phone…. What else can you ask for. Once again Harper and Woods are definitely the No1 Estate agents on the Wirral the other larger and well established companies are miles behind the service, professionalism and customer service! 5 stars for a perfect Experience!
