GoogleWe used Harper and Woods to sell my Mother's house, she is an elderly lady and we asked for a sensitive approach to the sale. From the first point of contact, the first visit to obtain the details and right through all the viewings they handled the sale perfectly. They kept in touch throughout the whole process to keep us informed and to see if they could do anything for us and we completed in just over 8 weeks, which is very quick. I would like to thank Andy and his team for a very professional yet personal service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Harper and Woods.

GoogleI cannot recommend Harper & Woods highly enough. We have just sold our home with them, after being recommended by a family member, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. We approached a few other estate agents for quotes, but found their fees less competitive and their approach more “hard sell,” which really put us off. What stood out about Harper & Woods was their more relaxed, professional manner; they gave us space to make our own decision, which to me reflected real confidence in the service they provide. In the end, they even achieved a higher sale price for our property than the other agents had estimated. The whole team was friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Andrew, who carried out the initial valuation, and Chris, who kept us updated with viewings and offers, stood out in particular - but every member of staff we dealt with was excellent. Their clear communication and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. We are so pleased we chose Harper & Woods and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. GoogleWhat an experience, from viewing to completion Harper & Woods are excellent. I want to give a special mention to Karen, nothing was every too much for her and always had a positive attitude and gave great advice and reassurance. The only problem I had is I wished I used them to sell my home.

We also used Harper and Woods again to buy a property they were marketing for sale. They acted professionally and liaised with both the buyers and sellers which made the whole process as easy as possible especially given how stressful the property market can be. They also provided regular updates by contacting all the solicitors involved which they didn't really need to do. It just shows how much they care for their customers. We all wanted to thank Andy and his team. Massive praise to Karen. Her help from start to finish was amazing. Karen did so much to get the sale and purchase over the line for us and we cannot praise her enough.

GoogleI've recently used Harper Woods to sell a house and was impressed by the quality of Service. Communications were quick and efficient. All their recommendations were implimented and effective. If work needed to be done they provided recommendations for tradesmen that completed the works quickly and efficiently. Finally their pricing was extremely competative. I will use again.
