GoogleI cannot praise Harper and Woods highly enough - particularly Andrew Woods- we have just sold a property with his company . We first put it on the market 4 yrs ago but discovered the title was not registered . It took nearly 4 yrs to sort this out . Andrew and his team looked after our empty property during this time as we are some distance away. When the Legal issues were resolved Andrew found a buyer very quickly and kept us updated throughout the sale process. Thankyou so much

GoogleWe have had our rental property managed and sold by Harper and Woods and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rachael in the Lettings team went above and beyond to keep our house well looked after and had amazing customer service with keeping me and the tenant up to date. When we came to sell our property, Karen in the Sales team had exceptional communication skills and kept me in the loop with the sale. Not forgetting Andrew, whose professionalism and knowledge of the market are second to none! Thank you Team Harper and Woods for a wonderful 10 years of your service 😃

GoogleI’ve recently bought my first home and harper woods where the sellers estate agents. They were fantastic. Communication was brilliant. I dealt with a lady called Karen during my experience with them. She was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All of my emails were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble.

Google*PUBLIC WARNING* HARPER&WOODS may steal your deposit and not protect it in any of the 3 deposit protection schemes . Of which I'm a victim of and have full proof which I can provide. Also...james street....rental...health risk, damp respiratory health affected. AVOID Addition HARPER And WOODS have offered no defence here or in any correspondence because they are guilty as accused. It's my belief this was always their intention to steal deposit, and I expect I'm not alone. So I urge all tenants to check with the 3 schemes. I'll not waste any further energy by pursuing this in courts. They will have gotten away with it as they have before and will again. Heed my warning. Eternal animosity has been earned. They have not replied since I requested the deposit back. Not here not anywhere and they will not because they cannot contest anything I've said. Plenty more to say that's not been said. Deposit wasn't the half of it just the finalising of a totally poor experience.

GoogleI was buying my first home and Harper and Woods massively helped in ensuring that my move was as smooth as possible. Chris helped me over the phone with regards to viewings and the overall transition and Karen helped over emails with regards to documentation and collecting the keys and they were both a joy speaking to. GoogleHarper and Woods have managed my rental property for several years now. The commission fee charged is very competitive and fair and all staff are professional and helpful. I receive a regular inspection report so I am happy my property is being well looked after. When needed, the contractors used for any maintenance and upkeep are prompt and jobs are completed swiftly. I am happy to know that myself and my tenant are very well looked after by a knowledgeable and professional team. I highly recommended Harper and Woods for providing peace of mind that my property and tenant are being fully managed.

From start to finish they have all been amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, communication, response, great service nothing was too much trouble, there is not enough words to cover it. Andrew for great valuation, Lee and Nicky for help and information, Karen for being a total angel, we were in a long and complex chain Karen helped and guided us through the whole thing, going above and beyond every time, even when I had a full on melt down she rang just to calm me down n have a chat we couldn’t of done it without her so a massive big thank you 😃. Not that we ever want to move again but we would totally recommend Harper woods 100%.
