After 7 months with a previous estate agent we were at wits end. On recommendation we contacted Andrew, I only wish we had done so last August when we started. We live in North Devon and were selling the house on behalf of our Aunt who now lives in near us. 2 days to get the valuation and details agreed (all over a weekend) and we were up and running on Monday morning. Four - repeat -four weeks later we have just completed the sale at the original asking price. I am in awe of Andrew and his team, especially Jake and Darren. I you want to sell a house in the Wirral area these guys are the only ones to go to.

Apparently I had a dedicated sales manager to help me through my house sale... Yet I seemed to do all of the chasing and updating them... Andrew... It has been a while since my property was sold so no surprise you cannot find anything recent with Paul E attached to it, and this is the first offer I have had to post any type of review, noting that nobody from your office ever contacted me to see how the sale all went - maybe something else for you to consider on improving your customer support. I recently employed the services of Harper & Woods estate agents to let a property that I have. Andrew Woods and Rachael Harper have been absolutely superb and very supportive throughout. The house needed various work completing in order to be tenant ready and I was delighted that Harper Woods were able to employ a heating engineer, electrician and painter/decorator on my behalf. All works were undertaken in a timely manner and to a very high standard. Harper and Woods have also taken care of the various certifications that I required to lease the house and this has been a massive help. Within 24 hours of the property being advertised for let I was delighted to see various viewings being arranged. I now have a tenant in place at the property and have been very impressed with the help and support received from Harper & Woods. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harper and Wood's services to anyone in the future.

Don't expect these guys to help you out if your landlord is refusing to help with repairs or basic upkeep. They won't care if it takes months for them to get around to giving you basic necessities even if the landlord is breaking the law, and if you ask them enough times to help they'll just stop taking your calls. Find somewhere that actually cares about tenants' basic human rights and avoid Harper & Woods like the plague.
