GoogleMisleading, lead to me being very upset And stressed, knowing I was pregnant they lead me to think that I was eligible to rent a property, I filled in the application form, traveled 10 miles to hand it in, got there and told me I had to have a gaurantor, i am in full time employment, I was told several times that there would Be no issue with me applying and was toIf I didn't need a guarantor previously, to then be told I needed one after all that. They knew that I have been looking for a house for a while and have struggled and lead me on regardless, not happy at all.

GoogleMy partner Karen recently purchased our fantastic house from Mr Stirling in New Brighton, who has left a review earlier. Again we were blown away with the 5 star treatment received from Andy the owner and Karen the manager in the whole process. Don't waste your time elsewhere these guys are simply the best!

Andrew gave us a realistic valuation and an achievable asking price and we had 6 viewings on the first weekend and agreed a sale a week later.Karen, Jake and Darren all know their jobs inside out and nothing is too much for them. They always come back to you even if itβs just to let you know that theyβve left a message which is highly important in my opinion.Having worked as an estate agent for over 12 years I would have no hesitation in recommending Harper & Woods to anyone.

FacebookWe couldn't be happier with Harper and Woods. Andrew Woods valued our home at a price we were very happy with and then took many really excellent photographs. We sold for full asking price in just 3 days which meant fewer viewings. We were then well taken care of by Darren who helped get us completed in only 5 weeks. The fee was quite reasonable and on a no sale, no fee arrangement. Everyone was always clear and unhurried with us. Extremely professional and reliable. This part of our house move was perfectly smooth and easy. We can't recommend them enough!

FacebookA very professional and helpful estate agents. We have seen several houses with them. They are very accomodating and arranged viewings quickly.I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I sold my house again. They obviously work hard for thier clients. They have asked for feedback for each house we have seen. They also showed up early, well presented, and knew about the property we were viewing.They kept in contact and even spoke to us outside office hours. I wish all estate agents were so easy to deal with!

GoogleHarper and woods have managed a couple of properties I've rented and I've never had an issue. They go above an beyond to ensure everything is sorted on time and to a high standard. I wouldnt go through another company now.

FacebookOutstanding service from start to finish. Started with excellent accurate advice about what works to complete before marketing the property. Swift, professional and proactive marketing. They attentively updated us along the way and serviced all of the viewings flexibly.Once sale agreed they chased up the solicitors and kept us informed.All completed within 3 months...at a competive price!!!I've dealt with some lackadaisical estate agents in the past....but fully recommend Harper and Woods....a breath of fresh air!!!!!
