I have just looked on our system and can see someone with a very similar name currently buying from us but not Dearman. If this is the same case it shows that you were called back last time you made contact. Many thanks Rob for your review. You know the work has been requested via your landlord (as this isn’t one of our properties) to be carried out and have been kept up to date throughout. On the other note, when rent is overdue and isn’t paid by a tenant it is chased on behalf of the landlord as part of the management service.

Thank you for your review Darmesh. We always try to answer the phone every time it rings but unfortunately due to the level of calls we receive this is not always possible I’m afraid. However, we have a voicemail system which is monitored so that we can return calls when we become available.
