GoogleI initially called william h brown to view a property i was really interested in ! First question they asked was how much money I had in my bank account...I informed them I was a cash buyer and was really interested in purchasing this particular property. I viewed the property the following day and was informed about the auction and how to enter the auction .I was then told I would recieve a call the day after to help me with any queries and also to help me set up the auction . 3 days later and still no call ...so I rang and was told that someone would contact me back that day ...that was 5 days ago ...I have just been on line and noticed that it states bidding offers . I have just rang the office and been told the auction is today !! I am discusted with the customer service I have recieved and as a cash buyer I will be using a different estate agent from now on !!

GoogleAccepted my offer but wasn't honest about the sellers financial situation. Kept telling me for months there was a holdup with the new build that the seller was moving into. Turned out she couldn't afford a mortgage. I was heavily pregnant at the time. I was a first time buyer so trusted it was part of the process. I thought they checked all this stuff before a sale. Not a good experience but turned out for the best.

Selling your home is one of the most stressful experiences you will ever encounter, so the right team to do it is priority Number 1. We invited a few different agents and William H Brown were head and shoulders above the rest! They instilled confidence in their ability to sell our house from day 1 and everyday since! Nothing is too much trouble even with a very demanding vendor like me. I've never felt I'm asking too much (and believe me sometimes I have done just that!) The whole team are a delight to deal with. Our house was never going to be an easy sell due to its uniqueness but I just know they are going to find that right person for us. Reassurance and peace of mind every step of the way with the team at William H Browns. GoogleTerrible service. They haven't had the professional courtesy to respond to my emails. Bought 3 flats and only given a key to 1 flat. Chased up numerous times. In addition they told our tenants not to pay us as they didn't have proof we were the new owners despite us providing this to them. Really incompetent staff.

GoogleI rang up about a property and ask if the vendor may take an offer around the £230,000 to be told they would come back to me, Heard nothing today I see the said property is reduced to £230,000 . Obviously this agent does not want to sell properties.

GoogleBought a house through William H Brown and used their in house mortgage services, I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. They helped me every step of the way and Pete the mortgage adviser even helped me offer on properties that I was viewing. Really friendly staff and I will be sure to use William H Brown again in the future.
