I had never sold a house before and really wanted a trusted estate agents so I got A Lot of valuations. As soon as the gentleman came I had a good feeling about Richard Kendal estate agents. The pictures were amazing (made even me want to buy my house) and were included in the price. They quickly produced the brochure and put it online. Most of their offices are in and around Wakefield. My house was in Dewsbury so I was concerned that with it not being their area that it would impact the amount of viewings but lucky me the first viewers bought it. The selling process after here took longer than I expected but Donna and Suzanne were great at keeping me informed and chasing the relevant people. Thank you my new house is out of area but hopefully if I ever come to sell it you will have expanded with an office here.

Richard Kendall valued our house and they were our agents to sell our house.Karen was the lady dealing with the sale. She was excellent during the whole process and kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. She even let me know when she was going on holiday and called me as soon as she was back with more information. We could not go through the whole process of sale as we withdrew from sale because of changes in our circumstance. I have used Richard Kendall agency to sell and buy a house. They have been great in communicating everything from start to finish, all the viewings and offers were well organized and house sold reasonably quickly. We had an agency worker Elizabeth Cooke, who looked after us throughout the process. She has been very supportive and positive during at times stressful time, keeping good link with the solicitors, buyers and sellers. She would always call back and kept checking on us regularly, we always knew what was happening. Such high standards. I have used Richard Kendall’s on several occasions, both as a buyer and to sell. In both instances they have been so professional and knowledgeable about their business.
