Google100% highly recommend the Redroots TEAM. As an out of town landlord it's paramount that I can entrust a local professional team when managing properties on my behalf. I initially communicated with Stephen who created a WhatsApp group with myself and some of his team which enabled quick, convenient and clear updates. Matthew then promptly assessed the property prior to marketing and offered great advice on next steps. Danielle (lettings specialist - who is absolutely terrific at her job) then managed the full end to end process which culminated in identifying some lovely tenants and assisted checking them in to their new home. I've chosen the fully managed service which enables me to be completely hands off. Really happy with everything and happy to recommend their services.

GoogleThe team at RedRoots couldn’t have been any more helpful if they had tried. Our experience of selling our house with them was easy from start to finish. Our house had previously been for sale with a big company for over 10 months. We did some research and felt that a smaller company that actually wanted to sell our house was much better for us. After a chat with Stephen we knew RedRoots were the one. The house sold within the first week it was on the market with RedRoots. Their marketing campaign and pictures were great. We did the majority of the sales procedure whilst we were abroad and nothing was too much trouble for the team. From arranging out of hours calls to recommending us a good solicitor. I contacted Danielle on Sunday morning to view a house ASAP, Reece then called me 15 minutes after and was able to book us a viewing on a Sunday afternoon which is unheard of!
