We are so glad we chose Jemma to sell our house. She was both professional and friendly throughout the process. Jemma responded to any queries we had straight away be it a week day or at the weekend. She tried her best to speed up the process and consistently got in touch with other agents/solicitors when asked. It was so easy having a WhatsApp group set up rather than having to ring/email. We were very happy throughout the process and found the price very reasonable too.

I've had a fantastic stress free experience with red roots I'll be honest. I began the process of selling my house was let down on the day by another estate agent. After all the work put in to have your own home spotless and ready it was upsetting, especially after it's a big decision to make in the first place. I called red roots, after being referred. They came out that same day and went through the whole process of selling. They then arranged the photographer within a week, otis, who did a superb job and used a drone too. Great social media presence and just a genuine friendly team on hand. My home was sold within 3 weeks and reece maddick has helped me every step of the way and continues to do so. They give all information you need I've not had to question anything. They give you space if you need it and are always flexible to your requirements. I recently sold my property in Hemsworth with RedRoots and they were brilliant. Unfortunately, the offer we had nearly fell through due to the surveyors coming back with a lower price than expected meaning the mortgage didn’t stack up. Reece, Steve and Matthew diligently followed it up and it turned out the surveyors had given us the value for the wrong property. After that the sale went smoothly and quickly and I can’t thank them enough for being so thorough, or else it may have ended up falling through. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell or for general property advice.
