Excellent experience with Jemma to both sell our property and purchase our new home. Jemma is friendly, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way she can. Our property was on the market within a couple of days of instruction and the marketing was second to none. We sold very quickly and were updated weekly with the progress of the purchase and sale. Jemma has made the process a stress free one for us and facilitated several visits to the new house throughout the process. Would highly recommend Jemma if anyone is wanting to sell their home. Overall excellent experience.

These cheap online estate agents maybe just that but dont get the service you need. We recently sold my mother’s house through RedRoots and are extremely pleased with their service. Marketing was excellent - great photos and good use of social media. Best of all though was the service and attention to detail we received from Reece and Stephen. My brother and I both live several hours away from South Kirkby so knowing that they were on the case was particularly important. They obtained a buyer at a good price and quickly. During the process there were some legal problems and Reece was tireless in helping us through this. In the end, the key thing with estate agents is good service and RedRoots gave us this in spades.

We had a bad start with a estate agent in trying to sell our house so we decided to go over to Reece at Redroots amd he couldn't of been any more helpful in getting my property back onto the market as soon as possible with excellent work of photography too. We had already seen another property we really wanted and Reece went above and beyond to help us get our property sold and it definitely paid off. RedRoots offered us a professional and friendly service from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the off and everything was explained clearly and concisely. The advertisement of our property was done impeccably well and ensured lots of interest was generated which in turn secured viewings and offers. The video tour and 3D tour of the property were brilliant extra touches which we know don’t come as standard with other estate agents. Stephen did the viewings for our house which was perfect as it meant we could continue family and work life as normal without having to worry about showing people around our house. We were easily able to trust Stephen and knew that our house would be showcased to its full potential. Reece did a fantastic job of dealing with offers - ensuring we got the best price for our property and helping to make sure things ran smoothly. Matty was prompt in arranging our ‘for sale’ sign and made sure it was in the most visible position. This was promptly changed to sold at the appropriate time. The whole team at RedRoots have been exceptional and we would therefore highly recommend them to all. We would certainly use RedRoots again and can’t sing their praises highly enough! Fantastic marketing of my home, which almost made me want to move back to it after I moved out of area. Stephen was very helpful, good at his job and excellent at communicating updates, as well as taking control of my home viewings whilst I was away.
