Facebookduring convid-19 my tenancy came to an end in April. which I told them in March i no longer want to renew another 6 months as we have bought a house. because of the lockdown everything was on hold and stand still I contacted to see if I could extend till end of May. they agreed and it was made clear the keys would of been handed back end of May. however coming to claim back my deposit and said I owe another month's rent for June as I didn't give them a formal notice. I never signed no extra tenancy. majority of it was done on the phone when having the discussion now they have kept my deposit. absolute disgrace of a business especially at this time when people are in lock down all evidence was sent as a dispute and they've completed lied because the landlady wanted the money. move now never did there jobs properly.

We used MoveNow Properties to rent out my mum's bungalow when she went into residential care and later to sell it. We used their Fully Managed option for the rental and we literally didn't have to do a thing. We were consulted by our preferred option of email whenever there was a query from the tenants or some maintenance was required, but as soon as we asked MoveNow to deal with it, it was done. And they didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service either. When the time came to sell the property the excellent service continued in the same vein. We were kept informed about any developments but didn't have to put ourselves out at all. Very impressed with the very efficient, professional and friendly service and I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleHighly recommend this company, we have used them to sell our house and to manage two lettings for us. The service they have provided across both the sale and the lettings has been excellent. Very good handling of our property sale and for getting us the price we wanted, always kept us up to date, with plenty of notice and feedback after each viewing. Detailed the property well in the sales particulars. Also excellent management of our letting properties. Very professional and helpful service.

Very professional service received starting from day 1 and continued all the way to the end...and beyond....we have moved out and they are still helping us to tie up loose ends. All emails we sent were quickly replied to and any repairs needed were swiftly dealt with. Upon leaving, the property was inspected while we were present, the keys were handed back and within 5 days we had our full bond back. The whole moving out process could not have gone smoother!

FacebookHaving been a tenant 10 years ago and now a landlord with movenowproperties I don’t have anything bad to sayAs a tenant they helped me through the whole letting process. It was a difficult time for me personally but they were extremly patient and helped me move into a rental property with easeI now let my property with movenowproperties and have brilliant tenants. The rent is paid into my account on time every month and I get property inspection reports giving me piece of mind. GoogleIf I could rate 0 I would. I got scammed nearly 400 in this shambles of a business! The girl was all nice at the beginning of my rental for my 1st house from moving out of my parents, then as soon as I went for a credit check, being 18 years old.. I obviously did t have a credit background due to no contracts been taken out in the past yadda yadda yadda, I ask for my deposit back as it wouldn't be my fault and the brat wouldn't give me my money back, she was so rude & I would not recommend this business! She was rude to my parents & she even swore down the phone!!!

I moved away from Move Now to another agent and immediately regretted it! I live in Australia and Move Now manage a property in the UK for me. Communication is always good and timely, they are very knowledgable and professional but most of all they have taken the time to get to know me and build trust which is essential with me living abroad. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords/ladies. I hope they win this award as recognition for all their hard work.

I have been using Movenowproperties for coming up to 2 years now and don't have a bad word to say about them. Any issues I have had with the property have been dealt with quickly and the staff that I have spoken with (mainly Sam Pepworth) have always been very friendly and a delight to deal with. Definitely the best letting agents I have used in the past 10 or so years of renting accommodation.
