GoogleExceptional service from both wendy and richard. Richard show me around the property he was on time and he also told me about the deposir schem. Wendy also rang up the day after to check how the viewing went. Would highly recomend linley amd simpson and also wendy and richard for your viewing needs.

GoogleEbony Robinson, Senior Lettings Consultant at Linley & Simpson, has done an excellent job of liaising between the building management company (Premier Estates), the landlord and myself (the tenant). Communication is essential for any good housing situation, so I would say that the service has been nothing less than top-quality.

GoogleWhen dealing with the local branch I'm never disappointed, very helpful and friendly staff who do their best to resolve your issues. A shame some of the services have been moved to a central team and the service is not always to the same standard. From a former Tennant.

GoogleRude staff, take forever to do anything repairs. And underhanded tactics r Harding deposit returns, not a good agent in fact not even a good linley and simpson. Edit- the reply to this review is an example of the impersonal service and superior attitude displayed by this company.

GoogleLinley & Simpson were the only letting agency that did not cancel my viewings on the day but even called to confirm (again). Friendly and professional team, esp. Holly Robinson. Thank you for dealing with my questions and requests prior to the tenancy promptly. I hope it stays that way after picking up my keys later this week. :-)

GoogleMake it up as they go along. Applied for a tenancy and was accepted, just in my partners name, I was only going to be an occupant… they told my partner I needed to fill out a full application “just so they could attach it to his application”, next thing we know they’ve credit checked me and told me I’ve failed because I didn’t declare something which I DID declare. So they lied to us twice and we’ve lost our deposit. Thanks so much!!!

GoogleExcellent experience with the Leeds branch of L&S when I was a tenant in the city; and fantastic service so far by the Wakefield branch too. In particular, Gabby and Wendy have been great - easy to contact, happy to help and very professional. Aside from the gorgeous property, Gabby’s tour was very thorough and informative. I’m very much looking forward to the next steps of the process based on my experience so far! Would definitely recommend L&S.
