GoogleService is shocking and staff are very rude on the phone. Everything is a problem to them and repairs are done so cheaply they keep happening. Would recommend to go somewhere else as you may have better luck

GoogleAppalling service, No hot water for 17 days no rush at all. Have to email and ring up multiple times just to get an update and each time you get a different story. But if you say you won’t pay rent you get an email before you’ve even put the phone down. Disgusting. Don’t ever rent through these.

GoogleI moved from Germany to the UK and Linley&Simpson helped me find an apartment. I encountered them when looking for apartments on Rightmove and they offered to send me updates on what apartments they have for offer. While I was on a few mailing lists, Linley&Simpson where the only ones actually listening to my requirements and they only sent me apartments that actually fitted my needs. The viewings could all be arranged on one day, so I didn't have to take too many days off work and everything when flawlessly. Although I had no bank account in the UK and couldn't present a guarantor they managed to find a solution for me, which helped me a lot! Overall I'm really happy with everything and can only recommend Linley&Simpson to anyone. The communication was fast and always courteous. However, they are quite expansive and require you to have a tenant liability insurance (which I think makes total sense anyway).

GoogleWorst letting agents I've ever had. Could never sort a problem and left me with a broken window in the middle of winter for a month! Then tried to take half my deposit upon leaving. Absolute scum will never ever use again!!

GoogleHelpful, friendly staff who reply effectively and kept us updated throughout the application process and whilst moving in. Our first weekend in our new home we had to report a couple of repairs, these were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
