He was clear, calm, and supportive throughout the process, and really made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Tom knew exactly what needed to be done, explained everything in a straightforward way, and made sure things were handled properly from start to finish. GoogleI'm extremely impressed by their tenant find & management service, it usually takes less than 2 weeks to get new tenant in. A tenant left last month, new tenant moved in the following day. Would love to recommend their service. Special thanks to Emma, her service is amazing.

Google*Review edited I had recently moved into a property from this company and experience a few problems with parking - private parking company owned the car park and were very intense with fines Being handed fines through the post can be very intimidating and cause agitation so I immediately contacted the lettings company for aid, the response was a bit slow to begin with and didn’t help with the fine being time sensitive Once through to the right person the response and reaction was quick and clear. Vehicle registration was completed and fines were waived Incredibly happy with the response and turnaround - brings more confidence to those who are newer to property Lettings complete provides an excellent service for newer tenants Tenant since 19/04/25

GoogleI wanted to share my fantastic experience with Letting Complete. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth, but the standout part of our move was definitely Jodie. She was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire journey, always ready to answer our questions and guide us through the paperwork. What impressed us most was the speed of the transition, we were able to move into our new place much quicker than we ever expected! If you are looking for a professional team that actually cares about getting you settled, I can’t recommend them (and Jodie specifically) enough.
