Stayed in one of their lettings for 4 months with all the facilities and bills included in for the reasonable rent I was paying and having ample amount of room space within , if not for longer time due to relocation circumstances. They have been really fantastic and cooperative with the management. I was client for Jess and Jess has been so supportive and brilliant from the scratch from considering my applications till my end of tenancy and check out. I was able to move in just in 2 days as Jess was quick in processing all the documents, external checks for my applications. Moreover, The support I got for ending my tenancy due to relocation. I’m a new tenant and have had loads of issues upon moving in to a newly renovated property. Poor handover I had to ask all the basic info about bins and water/electricity meters, no welcome pack. The property was rushed and since moving in I’m finding things daily that are poor craftsmanship, I could have done a better job myself. No care has been taken at all which is a shame because it’s furnished really nicely. I was also told it would be deep cleaned before I got the keys and if that’s a deep cleaned I’d hate to see their own house it was filthy. It took me and 3 family members 3 hours to make habitable!
