Having reviewed the file, the transaction involved two management companies as well as a Deed of Variation, both of which can introduce delays that are unfortunately outside the control of your conveyancer or sales progressor. Whilst we were pleased to see that you were receiving updates directly from your solicitor, our role was to work alongside all parties involved and continue pushing for progress where possible. During periods where we were awaiting responses from third parties, updates were inevitably limited to the actions being taken to move matters forward. We're sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

However, I appreciate that timescales alone do not determine how a customer feels about the service they receive. Our role is to work proactively with all parties involved, helping to keep communication flowing, identify potential issues early, and support progress towards completion. Throughout your transaction, I can see that we remained in regular contact with the parties involved and provided updates whenever new information became available. I am sorry and disappointed to read your comments regarding communication. We were not made aware of this concern during the transaction and therefore did not have the opportunity to investigate or assist at the time. Had it been brought to our attention, we would have been keen to help facilitate communication and support a resolution. We recognise that every client has different expectations regarding the level and type of updates they receive, and we're disappointed that our approach did not meet yours.
