We cannot recommend Kinetic highly enough! As a landlord from outside the area we approached a number of estate agents to sell our 3 bedroom rental property and chose Matt & the Kinetic team for a number of reasons : 1. An excellent Trustpilot rating, 2. A realistic assessment of the current market situation and a sensible valuation report and listing figure 3. Dynamic current marketing methods including social media posts and a quality listing with excellent photos 4. Creation of a professional, narrated guided video tour of our vacant property 5. Impressive shared data analysis of the effectiveness of their marketing and reach 6. Accompanied viewings at all times The result was a cash offer within 2 weeks and completion in a further 5 weeks, during which Jo chased the two conveyancers and updated us with the latest progress throughout. A very successful outcome with no hassle!

As a first-time buyer, I have been blown away by the support and attentiveness of Kinetic Estate Agents. Despite a thousand questions from me and my partner throughout the process, Jo and the whole team were courteous, informative, and prompt with communication. Their ability to accommodate our needs and provide regular updates on the buying process helped to ease our worries, and we are thrilled with the house. Nina was extremely helpful the entire time; the sale went on a lot longer than expected however I was constantly kept in the loop and Nina was frequently enquiring with solicitors to ensure the completion went through before my offer expired. Excellent company to work with would highly recommend!

We were incredibly fortunate to have the superb team at Kinetic Estate Agents on our side during our recent house sale and purchase. Owing to the actions of others, it was not an easy process but Jo, George and Matt helped us over the hurdles thrown in our path along the way. Our first contact with Kinetic was Matt, whose valuation proved to be most accurate of the three we obtained. The lower valuations of the other two agents (one local and one online) would have lost us thousands if we had settled for them. George took over and negotiated an excellent deal for us and Jo put her skills to full use to prevent the sale falling through when impatience took hold of some members of the chain. We cannot speak highly enough of the friendly, calm and professional team at Kinetic and we wholeheartedly recommend them to help buyers and sellers through probably the most stressful transactions of their lives.
