The whole team from start to finish were superb. I was kept up to date with absolutely everything that was going on during the whole process. If I had any queries then all I had to do was ring and ask. I’d receive all the information I needed and could not be anymore appreciative of these guys! After being with another agent for 3 months!! These guys managed to get me what I wanted for my house within 2 weeks. Then from offer to completion was around 7-8 weeks. I can’t thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use again without a doubt.

Really great experience with Kinetic! Jo was super helpful from start to finish and always aimed to answer my questions quickly! She kept chasing up solicitors and the seller on the regular and kept things moving along nicely. Only a few weeks until I complete now and it's been a painless experience! I genuinely cannot reccommend Kinetic enough! Customer service was fantastic right from the start. Matt was fantastic at helping us get on the market and then Jo was amazing at keeping us informed along the way and chasing all solicitors. I found Kinetic constantly available and helpful, a more local, non-Corporate feel if you will. The property I bought had a very tight timescale within which to complete and the Kinetic team were always on the case, ensuring my interests were kept tightly in focus. I'm very happy with the service I received throughout.
