I thought they were amazing! They were selling the apartment when I was buying and then used them to sell the apartment! Everyone is super friendly and quick to respond, also really good for updating with solicitors and keeping in contact. They were also super happy to help with any questions and go the extra mile if I needed any help! Would go with them again!

We had a few bumps along the way but Kinetic, (and especially Jo) helped us overcome these and were always there to answer questions. This is the second time we have used Kinetic to sell a property and the service has been excellent. They kept us fully informed of all the arranged viewings and feed back and when a buyer was found they were very helpful with the negotiations on our behalf. Jo from Kinetic kept us updated every step of the way. They held keys for us and did the viewings and even agreed to let our plumber pick up the keys to carry out the gas safety check to save us having to arrange to meet him. Kinetic will always be our first choice of Estate Agents.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kinetic Estate agents as they provided a professional courteous and friendly service throughout the sale of mumβs property. Even though our first sale fell through Kinetic were very prompt at remarketing keeping us informed at every turn. Matt, George and Nina provided a good service but a special thank you must go to Jo who was diligent always on the case chasing, connecting and keeping all parties informed throughout to completion.
