I have to say from the estate agent who showed me around the house, to the Sales Manager a great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I used the Redwood Drive Waddngton Lincoln team, Matt, Jo, Nina, Chloe and Shawna; they were excellent from the start, this was particularly appreciated given the transaction was an executor sale with my living at some distance from the property being sold. All members of the team were proactive in their approach to the sale from the initial marketing through to progressing the sale and on to legal completion, nothing was ever too much trouble, they provided practical help and advice throughout. Kinetic and Jo in particular were absolute lifesavers, and I wouldn't even question working with them in the future. In this case, we had an exceptionally long house buying process, which threatened to fall through a number of times. Thankfully Jo pulled out all of the stops, and worked tirelessly to make sure both myself and the seller were happy and understood each others position. Even after a whole year passed, Jo was as on it as ever, and helped push everyone through to completion. Genuinely couldn't have done this without her, and would recommend Kinetic to anyone and everyone.

I have sold two properties through Kinetic and about just about to complete on a purchase through Kinetic, amazing service throughout I highly recommend if you are looking to sell and if you buy through them, you are in good hands!! I really couldn't ask for a better service than the one I received from Kinetic Estate Agents! The communication and customer care exceeded all expectations, and really made up for a subpar experience I had had with a previous estate agents. The Kinetic team have been fantastic with the sale of both my property (which was a grade I listed cottage) and my partners. The team were extremely professional from the start - from the first valuation meeting with Matt, and subsequent photos/ listing; through to the viewings with Nina; and the sale follow-up with Jo. We managed to sell both houses (and buy our new forever home) with them. Selling and buying houses is undoubtably stressful, but it would definitely been more difficult without the Kinetic Estate Agents team supporting us. Thanks.
