I'd highly recommend Kinetic as an Estate Agent. I had confidence from the first time i met Matt (who took some great photos) and the rest of the team (particularly Jo) communicated every step of the way. I haven't sold a house for over 15 years so i'm out of the loop, however, their support made this straightforward. I'd definitely use them again in the future - thanks for all your help.

I couldn't fault the service I received from Kinetic when selling my property. Nina initially provided me with the best valuation of all the estate agents I had come to value my property. Excellent marketing and photography from Matt which meant the property sold within 3 days of it going live. Jo was fantastic and kept me constantly updated on how things were progressing and went the extra mile chasing solicitors for updates. The communication was fantastic throughout, and the team were always happy to help. Brilliant estate agent and would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell their property!

Brought a property through kinetic Estate agents and it was a fantastic journey to go through. From the word go Jo was on the ball making sure everything was in place for us the buyers and was really helpful and professional. We encountered a few issues along the line with the sellers solicitors but Jo was on the case communicating between our solicitors and the sellers solicitors, she didn't take her eye off the ball once and I'm shocked how much commitment she put into it all . If we ever decide to sell and buy again I will be straight onto kinetic to take care of everything

Nina who I dealt with was great and I always got a response to an email within a couple of hours and she was always happy to solve a query I had. They even provided me with a house warming gift when I came to collect my keys. Would highly recommend and I would be using them myself when it comes to me selling. 10/10

We have just sold our property with Kinetic, they are top class. Excellent service from the initial conversation right through to pushing our sale through. We initially had listed with another agent then switched to Kinetic and so pleased we did. Matt started our process with listing our property, taking excellent photos showing off our house and great listing. Jo and the office team then coordinated all the viewings. We ended up with 3 offers on the table (two of which were asking price) within 48 hours of being listed with them. Once sold, Jo was excellent at keeping us updated and informed through the full process, she also helped to keep the chain moving and help push our completion in time for the stamp duty holiday. Highly recommend!!!
