Great job from start to finish. Chloe was excellent on the viewings and Jo has been a pleasure to deal with as she progressed both my purchases through in a quick time frame and ensured there was a clear communication between me & the seller at all times. If all estate agents had someone like Jo, the property buying/selling experience would be much less stressful for all involved.

We bought a house that was marketed by Kinetic and couldn't have been happier with the service. Nina kept in contact with us every step of the way, chasing solicitors and updating us regularly. She responded quickly to queries and made the whole process a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for an estate agent - professional, courteous and on the ball. 11 out of 10!

I cannot recommend Kinetic enough. From start to finish they have been amazing. I would 100% use them if we was to ever sell our property. Nina was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and honestly went above and beyond to help throughout the whole process. Nina made a stressful process so much easier with constant updates and support. If I could give more then 5* I would!!

From the spot on valuation to Matt's fabulous photos and video tour (nice!) and the exceptional advice and communication from the sales team was second to none. Special thanks to Nina Sharpe and Jo Foster who kept us sane throughout the roller-coaster journey! We would advise everybody to choose Kinetic when selling their property. We have used Kinetic on 3 occasions. They always provide an excellent service. They managed to find a buyer for us after a week and the sale completed 8 week’s later. The whole team are very helpful but we have to say Jo is a treasure, always there to help and advise.

These guys are what all companies should be. The service is phenomenal from start to end! Consistently excellent communication, approachable and even at the end chasing solicitors for updates and pushing for progress. We dealt with a few other agencies in the process for viewings and offers and frankly Kinetic made even the better alternatives look like amateurs. Their reputation locally is fantastic, and for good reason. Quite simply you won't find a better estate agent out there and can guarantee if you go elsewhere you'll regret it.
