GoogleJo Foster is more than an estate agent; she is a friend along with you on the purchasing journey. Kinetic Estate is not the company I've used to buy my house; it's the seller's company. Still, Jo has been in contact with me almost daily, …

TrustpilotKinetic Estate Agents have been…
Kinetic Estate Agents have been fantastic! We had previously spoken to various agents regarding listing our properties and even went to a different agent initially (which was short lived). We had an introduction to Kinetic and it was a great choice on our part! The team has been brilliant. As we have multiple properties listed with Kinetic and Kinetic New Homes, we have dealings with all members of staff. A special thanks and shout out does go to Jo. Our properties haven't be the easiest to deal with, nor have I (calling most days) but she has never let me down in terms of sales progression and knowledge of what's going on through the chains. The whole experience of buying and selling houses is complicated and stressful but what's really nice is that I feel like we have made friends with a few of the team along the way! If you are thinking of buying or selling through Kinetic, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even our last buyers said that Kinetic have been amazing and they didn't use them!

TrustpilotHighly recommend
A modern, clean tidy office with very easy access. Enquiries were dealt with promptly, all staff members very pleasant and nicely presented. One particular member of staff came through for me every time I asked for advice or information, and in a very timely fashion. I know at the end of the day the success of a business is not just down to one person it’s down to team work, but it’s having an exceptional leader that holds everything together and who makes sure the job gets done, which is a rarity, this person, did this, one hundred percent, nothing was too much trouble. I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards her and her team, thank you, you kept me sane.
