Excellent from start to finish! I have dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, but none of them come close to Kinetic service levels. At no point did I need to call for an update as I had a call every two weeks from George at time of sale and regular updates form Jo throughout the sale process - constantly keeping me informed throughout - would 100% recommend Thank you for such great service and at a good price!

The Kinetic team have been brilliant throughout our buying and selling process. They care about their customers and are easy to communicate with. We were impressed from the first time we spoke to Kinetic and they worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. There is definitely a reason you will see more and more houses being sold with Kinetic. Huge thanks to Jo and George in particular who were brilliant.

GoogleThe team at Kinetic have sold our house twice during a really challenging period, the first time fell through but we have now exchanged. They kept us positive and worked really hard to push our property out there. Once sales agreed, Jo does a brilliant job at keeping the process moving. Kinetic Estate Agent handled the sale of my mum's house and also the sale of a house for me. This was from mid-2023 to the end of 2023. It was a difficult market but they did an excellent job for us. Professional, efficient and, probably most importantly, communicated well throughout. Even at the more stressful moments, that you always get, when selling a house, they remained professional and understanding. Having all of Mum's to deal with it felt doubly stressful for me, but the team at Kinetic made it feel less so. I recommended Kinetic to friends during my sale and wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend them. Thank you to all the staff. Mum went on to purchase the bungalow she had set her heart on. It was an excellent end to 2024. Huge thanks.

Sold a bungalow with Kinetics - all the team were really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. There's a lot of estate agents out there to consider, and was so pleased we had them recommended to us. It took some time to get a buyer lined up in very difficult selling times, but they got there in the end. Was kept up to date at all times through the whole process. The approach they have with customers (and presumably buyers) is definitely the best we could have wishes for, and not at all like the image of 'estate agents'. Well done and thanks ever so much, to everyone in the team :)

Holly was amazing. I didn’t find driving easy but she took her time and went at my pace and was very helpful. She also helped me sooo much with my theory went out her way to support me and I finally passed without Holly there I wouldn’t have done it! I’ve recently bought a property up with kinetic, the experience at a stressful time was second to none. The updates and explanations of what was happening were great for someone like me who was very inexperienced at this. Jo in particular was superb, always in contact with updates and kissing with solicitors to keep things moving swiftly and in the right direction. If I sell this property I would without doubt use kinetic as they made the whole experience very smooth.

Seriously, if you want an estate agent that is committed, honest, reliable and 100% trustworthy pick these guys. We sold our bungalow with Kinetic and we could not fault them. Ours was a chain of 4 (including us), and it became protracted due to someone in the chain having a help to buy scheme. Undeterred, Jo and fhe whole team kept us up to speed, and our buyers throughout this period. Jo especially deserves a special mention, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful outcome, with regular updates via email, text and telephone, she liaised with our solicitors probably twice a week at times and we can absolutely recommend Kinetic to sell your house. Don't look anywhere else until you've tried these guys.

After a little bit of a slow start and some miscommunication, things went incredibly smoothly. Jo in particular has been incredible. Prompt in answering emails, excellent at explaining things and just generally a lovely woman to deal with. She managed to keep us ALL calm when things were becoming incredibly stressful and frustrating - all whilst dealing with her own move!! We’ve moved out of Lincoln now, but if we hadn’t, we’d absolutely go with Kinetic again and wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Thank you, EVERYONE.
