Great Estate Agents No 1 in Lincoln

We can not recommend Kinetic highly enough. We had been with another local estate agent for 10 mths with no movement at all, then after a recommendation we switched Aug 25 & sold in 5 months completing 20 Mar 26. We loved the different style & approach they have adopted, we have spoken to many members of the team all of whom listen are very friendly, communicate effectively & efficiently aswell as being very professional & give the necessary advice dependant on your circumstances. I am very pleased to let them know having flown back to the UK today that they have helped us on our journey to achieve our ultimate dream of retiring to Spain as we are moving over there permanently to live once we get our Visas & very pleased to say we have now bought a wonderful spacious 3 bed detached bungalow on 26 Mar 26 in the sunshine, only 6 days after our completion "Get In", we cant thank you all enough. Sale of Waddington property

At the beginning we had a few issues concerning accuracy of property details on the internet including the floor plan and footage. However these were corrected promptly. The service provided to negotiate the selling price and to progress and complete the sale was superb. Jo was constantly chasing the buyer, solicitors and estate agents and keeping us up to date on developments. She did an excellent job.

Hugely disappointing service - Avoid

Hugely disappointing service. Spoke to the team to arrange an immediate viewing of an unsold property, but earliest opportunity was 9 days later at an open day. Gave team all my contact and address details and arranged time slot. Drove 400 miles / 6 hours each way from Devon only to be told that the property was subsequently under offer and open day was continuing just as a backup plan for the developers. No issue with that but given the team knew how far I was travelling, it seems only reasonable that I should be informed of the change of circumstances in order for me to make an informed decision on the need for an 800 mile round trip. Appalling communication - based on this experience would never use them again. Avoid.

Exemplary from start to finish

We chose Kinetic to manage our sale, having never come across them before, as they had seemingly managed to sell most of the properties in our area at a fast pace plus we had heard positive reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina (and Matt) particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

Professional, excellent service

Kinetic Estate Agent handled the sale of my mum's house and also the sale of a house for me. This was from mid-2023 to the end of 2023. It was a difficult market but they did an excellent job for us. Professional, efficient and, probably most importantly, communicated well throughout. Even at the more stressful moments, that you always get, when selling a house, they remained professional and understanding. Having all of Mum's to deal with it felt doubly stressful for me, but the team at Kinetic made it feel less so. I recommended Kinetic to friends during my sale and wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend them. Thank you to all the staff. Mum went on to purchase the bungalow she had set her heart on. 5* We couldn’t be happier with the service received by Kinetic. From our initial valuation from Matt, through to completion the whole team have been brilliant. Louis looked after our sale and kept us up to date with the interest our house was getting, progress with bookings, and potential buyers. In 6 weeks we had sold our home and was looking for our next home. Whilst we were viewing houses Jo kept in contact regularly to understand our position better so she could update our buyers, I think this is so important, I had full confidence that Jo was on top of everything, was listening to us and therefore able to set realistic timeframes for our buyers so they wasn’t forgotten about and left in the lurch, this must have made their buying experience much nicer. If only we had this with our purchase but unfortunately that was through a different estate agents. I must say the whole experience of buying and/or selling a house can be stressful but Jo and the team make life so much easier. We are truly grateful for the level of service Kinetic offer through their high standards

Can't recommend them highly enough

Sold a bungalow with Kinetics - all the team were really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. There's a lot of estate agents out there to consider, and was so pleased we had them recommended to us. It took some time to get a buyer lined up in very difficult selling times, but they got there in the end. Was kept up to date at all times through the whole process. The approach they have with customers (and presumably buyers) is definitely the best we could have wishes for, and not at all like the image of 'estate agents'. Well done and thanks ever so much, to everyone in the team :)
