We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Kinetic Estate Agents when selling our property. From start to finish, they went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. They arranged and carried out out-of-hours viewings, got our property on the market quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble which made the entire process so much easier for us. The personal touch and friendly professionalism from the team made us feel genuinely looked after throughout. We would like to thank Matt, Jo and Nina in particular for their speed of service and constant updates and communication throughout the process. Also the quality of the property photos taken were a key factor in generating a host of interested parties in the property, they were clear, professional, and really showcased the home beautifully. It’s rare to find an estate agent that combines such high standards with a truly caring service. Highly recommended!

I do not understand how this firm is rated 4.8 when 10% of the reviews are 1 star and nearly all are complain about misrepresentation. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRUSTPILOT ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Estate Agents generally hide behind caveat emptor rules to enable the vendor to hide undesirable aspect of the property for sale. But this the first time (and I have bought and sold many houses in my life time) I have come across a fact stated in a advert that was known to be untrue by the agent. I complained to the Managing director Richard Poole by email and written letter but both were ignored. However copies of these sent to the auctioneer were acted upon. Personally I will avoid this estate agent and recommend others to do so.

Cannot praise the staff and Jo in particular enough. Jo was helpful and supportive at all stages of a difficult transaction and even when it looked like we wouldn’t get there chased and assisted in any way she could. Our experience was as buyers but I would definitely consider using kinetic if we were selling. We were always confident that Jo would let us know as soon as there was progress or answers to queries.Many thanks

I'm a first time buyer and honestly Jo, James and the team have been such a great help throughout- they're very attentive and quick to respond/ answer any questions I had (I had many). They were patient and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. There were a couple of times I went to email the solicitors to ask a question, and I would find I had been Cc'd into an email from Jo asking the very same thing, so that was always a pleasant surprise. I'm very glad I decided to go with Kinetic for my first property all in all. Thanks, team! :)

Like many Estate agents I think they over valued the property but better that than undervalue and selling it quick and too cheap.Also the market changes almost overnight at times so it isn't always possible to be exact. The Market found it's value with a good amount of views and they found us a cash buyer so very pleased with the result. All those we dealt with were excellent and always on hand to help and give advice and inform us of any feedback. Special thanks to Nina and Jo for especially lovely and helpful through the whole process.

We switched to Kinetic after being a bit underwhelmed by our previous agent. What a difference. They do the basics really well, i.e., answer calls, respond to emails etc. and all very quickly. That sounds obvious but so many professionals don't and constantly need chasing. The team are really friendly and helpful too. What really sets Kinetic apart though is that they're highly proactive and usually one step ahead. They certainly live up to their 'the energy behind moving' ethos. Highly recommended.

A fabulous company! Extremely helpful and great at kerping us fully informed about what was happening. We are currently buying a property in Lincoln which has been on the books of Kinetic. It was a complicated sale due to the fact that we had previously viewed when the property was being dealt with by another agent. Kinetic, in spite of potentially 'losing out' on the sale were most helpful in liasing with the other agent and helping us to arrange viewings. Everyone we spoke to was kind, helpful and reassuring. In fact I am sorry that Kinetic didn't get the sale, however, I strongly recommend this company - best estate agent we have ever had dealings with! Thank you to everyone at Kinetic.👏👏👏

From start to completion Kinetic have gone above and beyond for us. Matt was efficient with taking photos of our property and when we needed a couple of updates, he came the same day. George updated us weekly, and had great communication with us. Nina was always so lovely, and Tim showed the majority of people around our house. He genuinely cared about our sale!! Jo was fabulous throughout. She constantly kept us updated and chased our buyers Solicitors. She emailed us even when she wasn't at work and was brilliant throughout. Would 100% recommend kinetic to everyone! They genuinely care and recommend reputable and efficient solicitors! Thankyou again for everything x

Sold my house and purchased through Kenetic. Really good experience, with issues along the way handled professionally by the team there. Once the sale and purchase were agreed I had fantastic service from Jo, who dealt with everything so efficiently whilst being so understanding and patient with some issues I was having myself.
