GoogleReally disappointed with this real estate , not only that I have tried to contact few of their offices multiple during the day and non of them answered the phone. When I finally got through to Tallaght office, a secretary mislead me with the price for valuation report , saying it's the standard rate. I have checked 6 other real estate agencies; they were all charging 150 euro for valuation report as stated on AIB website , but Ray Cooke as the only 185 euro. Is it a standard rate then 😳.

GoogleJames Droney (Ray Cooke Tallaght Branch) recently sold our home for us and was highly professional from beginning to end. James worked very hard to secure a decent price for our home which opened up far more options for us to find our dream forever home which we have now purchased. We could not have done this without James being there to support and guide us in the sales proceedings of our home. Stephanie in the office was also very helpful and answered all our queries without hesitation.
