Ray Cooke Auctioneers (Tallaght) Village Green Shopping Centre reviews

I recently sold property through Ray Cooke Auctioneers and have to say I was very satisfied with their service. In particular, I was very impressed with James Droney's (Tallaght branch) professionalism throughout the process. He was open and honest in his assessments, personable, quick to follow up on inquirers and came up with solutions when need be. From start to finish I felt comfortable in how the sale was been managed from initial assessment to viewings right through to close. Based on my experience I will be recommending the Ray Cooke team to anyone selling or renting a property and telling them in particular to ask for James.

I recently sold my house with Ray Cooke Auctioneers. I found the service excellent and professional. My house was sale agreed after 6 weeks and a month later I had the balance in my bank account. I found both Ray and his staff professional, polite, friendly, extremely focused on selling my house and achieving a price I was happy with. I was left with the undoubted impression that I was dealing with the experts in their field. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke Auctioneers to anyone looking to sell\buy a property.

This is first time for me to put a property up for rent, and so far I am very happy with the responsiveness and great personable contacts with Ray Cooke staff. Also from my own research very reasonable fee compared to many other agencies.

We received a truly excellent service from James at Ray Cooke. He negotiated a sale price, which was at least 15 per cent more than the market rate. Well capable of holding his nerve (and ours !) in relation to bids on the property.Always approachable and easy to contact, every development explained. Thanks again for all your hard work James ! A pleasure to do business with you.

Very happy dealing with James from Ray Cooke. Took me through the process from start to finish when he handed me my keys. He also said to not be afraid to contact him over anything to do with the house. He’s one of the best.
