GoogleI currently use the services of Ray Cooke to manage 2 rental properties . They found and vetted the tenants and ensure the rent is paid promptly each month while also inspecting the property on a regular basis . Prior to this I managed properties myself as the landlord but this is so much easier and better and their fees are really low ( and tax deductible ) . Equally I must say that the staff at Ray Cooke are extremely professional , courteous and friendly to deal with and I highly recommend them . Niall ( Citywest ) ....

GoogleAfter several bad experiences with tenants we turned to James who took on the renting of our apartment in South Dublin. Nothing was too much trouble to him. He found tenants who appreciated our property and looked after it. A small problem with electric supply manifest itself after they moved in but it only took one phone call to James to get it sorted. We have built a great rapport with him in the past two and a half years. It’s always a pleasure to speak with James as he is so friendly and approachable. Well done a James.

GoogleI recently sold property through Ray Cooke Auctioneers and have to say I was very satisfied with their service. In particular, I was very impressed with James Droney's (Tallaght branch) professionalism throughout the process. He was open and honest in his assessments, personable, quick to follow up on inquirers and came up with solutions when need be. From start to finish I felt comfortable in how the sale was been managed from initial assessment to viewings right through to close. Based on my experience I will be recommending the Ray Cooke team to anyone selling or renting a property and telling them in particular to ask for James.

GoogleI recently sold my house with Ray Cooke Auctioneers. I found the service excellent and professional. My house was sale agreed after 6 weeks and a month later I had the balance in my bank account. I found both Ray and his staff professional, polite, friendly, extremely focused on selling my house and achieving a price I was happy with. I was left with the undoubted impression that I was dealing with the experts in their field. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke Auctioneers to anyone looking to sell\buy a property.
