Ray cooke took over mgt of my property about 2 years ago I had a bad tenant and she left place in a state they organised complete transformation and were helpful and patient on repaying costs on managing property they were excellent I decided to sell this year and dealt with Jamie mostly who was brilliant knows what he’s good at it only took 6 weeks for sale agreed very smooth I only wish the legal end was as quick but that’s no reflection on ray cooke I also dealt with Ross Jamie’s boss who is also excellent as is there office staff would recommend to anyone and would do business with them again

I had a pleasure to meet Jamie P. during one of the property viewings. Unfortunately after few offer attempts, that property was out of my budget.Being a solo first time buyer is real tough. Jamie got the time to get to know my situation a bit and straight away assured me that he will do all he can to help me find my forever home. I need to mention one the most important thing...he didn't have to do it, its not necessary his role, yet he went above and behind and he choose to help me! He straight away took my details and said that he will come back to me if anything else within my budget shows up on the market. I didn't think much of it, but few days later I got a message from him with the information about new listing and of course I went to see it. Jamie was super accommodating, very friendly and he patiently answered all my questions. I loved the property and I was ready for another battle. This time round with massive support from Jamie my offer got finally approved! I couldn't believe it this was the moment I will never forget and this was all purely down to Jamie and his willingness to help me. From that moment Jamie was communicating with me and checking in with me on the progress. He liased directly with my mortgage broker, facilitated structural assessment of the property and kept me posted on all aspects througout the entire process. Having just used Ray Cooke Auctioneers I feel that I need to let people who are looking for estate agent services just how great the experience was. I really liked the fact that I had my own 'negotiator' assigned to me who was my point of contact. Jamie from the Tallaght Office was the guy who handled all my queries. I was never fobbed off or phoned 'on his behalf' it was always him. This was great as I didn't; have to keep repeating myself to different people at different times. Jamie was a real professional. Considerate to both Buyer and Seller. Sometime negotiations are difficult but he managed the process with real ability. I always felt he had my best interests at heart. In particular Jamie had great tenacity and really stuck with the process when the going got tough. There were easy solutions in front of us at one point, and he didn't; take the easy way out. He kept working away in the background and in the secured a deal that was beyond my expectations. Worth of mention too is Vanessa in the back of house. Any query was met with a near immediate, friendly response. It's pretty straightforward, I;ve dealt with a few agencies over the years but Jamie and the Tallaght team will get my business again.

They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you could ever do in your life....not with Jamie and the team at Ray Cooke by your side. We sold our house through Jamie Power at Ray Cooke Tallaght branch and I could not fault him at all. From our initial enquiry to handing our keys over and there after Jamie was a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience so positive and easy. Jamie was genuine, realistic and honest with us, from start to finish (something that cannot be said for all estate agents!) Jamie kept in touch and explained each part of the process to us guiding us in the rite direction at all times. He linked each part of the puzzle to make it as seemless as possible for us. From solicitors to surveyors Jamie was on hand to link everyone up, keep the lines of communication open between everyone and us in the loop at each stage.
