GoogleWe had a difficult purchase & sale of our properties, it was too long with lots disappointments along the way... I do feel the team we were dealing with at Ray Cooke gave us the best they could in terms of service, some things were just out of their control. Without some of their intervention during the process, things would have been a lot worse, so we are thankful to them for that... When my old next door neighbour found out I was moving he asked for a recommendation for an estate agent to deal with, I did not hesitate recommending Ray Cooke (based on our experiences with Ross and Jamie) and would again, we got an above the market price for my property in lightening speed! I would recommend you source you're own legal team though!, we didn't go with their recommendation, other parties did and they turned out to be a complete disaster!

GoogleMe and my husband were trying to buy our house for the last 2 years. After disappointments, being sale agreed and sale falling through, we finally got the keys to our home last week. We went sale agreed on the 2nd of October and got our keys on the 2nd of December (I know, that was quick). We are delighted, everything went so smooth thanks to Ross McHugh from the Tallaght Branch.
