GoogleWe recently bought a house and we dealt with James. He was extremely helpful, patient and responsive, from the viewing stage to the sold stage. He is so easy to talk to that it makes you feel more like you're dealing with a friend, and this definitely helps relieving the stress and pressure of buying a house. He was also very amused at some of my requests and questions, so again, made me feel very relaxed, as he didn't lose his calm, not even for a second. He was also very thoughtful in asking the previous owner to leave whatever furniture was there, as part of the sale price, we didn't keep everything, but it made a difference. The owner asked for a closing date within a month from the 'sale agreed' date, so everything moved fast for us, and James definitely kept everything running smoothly. All in all, we are extremely happy with the whole experience and we told all of our friends about him, and how easy and fast everything went, and we would definitely go back whenever there would be anything property related.

The whole experience of dealing with the bank for the mortgage application and paperwork was stressful enough, but he helped make the process a lot easier and I appreciated that. GoogleMy dealings with Ray Cooke started with meeting James in our Apt in Tallaght, I found James very straight talking and easy to chat with. My wife and I had been let down on three previous houses by estate agents and we believed that all agents were corrupt and rude to say the least. James had given us a valuation on our Apt and we asked James if he had any houses for sale in Tallaght we described what we were looking for James went to work for us and found us the house of our dreams. It took a while to get into the house due to the seller but James took all my phone calls and kept us updated on everything that was happening with the purchase. I would recommend everybody to buy a house through James.

GoogleI’ve recently sold my 3 bed semi detached house in Tallaght with Ray Cooke. It was a simple and quick sale. The entire process, which one would expect to be stressful, was made easy as James was a clear and open communicator from the beginning and willing to answer all my questions and kept me updated throughout. He went above and beyond to help me as I was not living near the house that I was selling. Also, he was very considerate to tenants who were moving. He definitely knew what he was doing and achieved a high price which I was delighted with. I would highly recommend working with James in Ray Cooke.
