We recently bought a house and we dealt with James. He was extremely helpful, patient and responsive, from the viewing stage to the sold stage. He is so easy to talk to that it makes you feel more like you're dealing with a friend, and this definitely helps relieving the stress and pressure of buying a house. He was also very amused at some of my requests and questions, so again, made me feel very relaxed, as he didn't lose his calm, not even for a second. He was also very thoughtful in asking the previous owner to leave whatever furniture was there, as part of the sale price, we didn't keep everything, but it made a difference. The owner asked for a closing date within a month from the 'sale agreed' date, so everything moved fast for us, and James definitely kept everything running smoothly. All in all, we are extremely happy with the whole experience and we told all of our friends about him, and how easy and fast everything went, and we would definitely go back whenever there would be anything property related.
