GoogleI used Ray Cooke 3 times since 2016 for buying/valuation/selling matters and also recommended them to my neighbors who were selling their place, too. Special thanks to Conor and James, who kept me sane during the most challenging times in my life. If I ever return to Ireland and will need to buy a place, I would go directly to them!

GoogleBought our house through the Ray Cooke Tallaght branch. Got to know Jamie Power having viewed a few houses with him. We appreciated the personable approach - Jamie will get to know you and what you're looking for and give you a heads up when new properties come to the market. He'll answer your questions honestly. And if he says he'll come back to you he will come back, or if he missed your call he'll call you back, etc. Very on top of things. We viewed one or two other houses through Ray Cooke (other agents) and they were all professional and nice to deal with, albeit not as personable as Jamie.

GoogleMy recent experience with Ray Cooke Auctioneers, specifically with Patrick Redmond, stands out positively. Patrick expertly managed expectations, carefully selected a tenant that matched our property, and maintained excellent communication throughout, updating us regularly on progress. His negotiation skills were clear as he secured a deal close to our asking price, demonstrating his market savvy and dedication. While the service was impressive, embracing technology for smoother operations could enhance the experience further. Overall, Patrick and Ray Cooke Auctioneers delivered a top-notch service, making them a commendable choice for property lettings in Dublin.
